Très belles piscines. Coin calme. Reposant. Par contrer de mettre fin au all inclusive à 11h est très décevant ! Nous n’avions pas été informé qu’il y’avait un bar vers le mini golf et nous pensions avoir accès au spa comme noté dans l’annonce mais non. Cela ne nous a pas plu!

Petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner copieux (bon rapport qualité/prix). Une très bonne animation de l’hôtel chaque soir. Situé dans une ville calme et plaisante. Un séjour agréable et chaleureux.

AL sehr viele Getränke und Cocktails inklusive. Wasser mit oder ohne Gas 24 Stunden zur Verfügung. Kann auch in Flaschen abgefüllt werden. 👍 Essen auch alles sehr gut und reichlich. Überrascht waren wir bei der Ankunft, dass die meisten Zimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche sind. Mein Wunsch, den ich ausdrücklich vorab bei der Buchung angegeben hatte, ein Zimmer nur mit begehbarer Dusche, konnte jedoch vor Ort von der freundlichen Dame an der Rezeption entsprochen werden. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon aus Meer!😍 Die Gäste im Hotel waren zur unserer Zeit überwiegend Franzosen und Engländer im fortgeschrittenen Rentenalter.

Rebecca at reception very friendly and helpful .We were upgraded to a sea view room which was absolutely amazing and a very pleasant surprise. Everything was very clean and modern with a fridge safe and kettle with a shower over bath . We were All inclusive .The food was always hot with lots of choice at all meals. The staff in restaurant always smiling and helpful. The Deputy Manager spent a lot of time checking everything was ok and very sociable. The only gripe we had which has nothing to do with hotel but was the parents of young children allowing them to go running up and down to drink machines and to food helping themselves. One night a gentleman was vaping in the inside bar area and people were smoking near to pool and on balcony despite signs saying smoking not allowed ! Overall we had a very relaxing enjoyable 6 night holiday and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing break.

Nos ha encantado. Habíamos leído comentarios negativos de la comida y teníamos dudas sobre cómo nos iba a ir la media pensión. Fue fenomenal. Nos comentaron que había habido muchos cambios en el equipo de cocina. VOLVEREMOS.

Clean room, friendly staff, good location.

Ve vi varios comentarios negativos sobre la comida. Por eso solo cogimos media pensión en uno de los días, sorprendiéndonos en positivo. Comentándolo con el maitre nos dijo que habían hecho cambios y es claro que se notan.

Excellent hôtel ! Très propre, personnel agréable et accueillant, toujours disponible avec le sourire. La formule all inclusive est vraiment complète avec du choix et des repas de qualité. Chambre confortable avec une très belle vue mer. Très bonne ambiance générale, nous recommandons sans hésiter 😊

It's worth mentioning that this is an all inclusive hotel. If you book for one night B&B you may find that your only option for dinner is the all inclusive buffet which is fine if you want a big meal, but not very economic if you just want a simple one plate meal.

Junior Suite, a bit noisy at night as close to the elevators but amazing sea view. Couldn’t get Smart TVs to work and all settings in Spanish (we don’t speak enough to work out technical manual on hols) with no instructions, strangely in both our stays the housekeeping does not provide any tissues. Welcome bottle of mineral water, tea & coffee making facilities in the room with mini fridge (no mini bar service). Excellent range of amenities across the site. B&B package was excellent value for money but remember tourist tax payable at hotel. Lovely friendly and professional staff - but most of all a big shout out to Mandy who was there to give us a very warm welcome on our first stay at end of April and our return stay in mid May. Would definitely recommend this hotel on amenities alone as it caters for everyone, and we loved the pool which like the rest of the hotel was very clean. The restaurant and kitchen staff work very hard to produce a fab breakfast with array of local produce and range of plant-based options snd milks (though the coffees are out of a machine so not very good).

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at this hotel however depending what you want from your holiday this hotel is not for everyone. The good points to begin with ; the hotel is about 20 min journey from the airport and taxis very easy to find and is the cleanest place I have ever been . The hotel is spotless inside and out 10/10 , staff are all friendly, helpful and polite . Food is good , we were half board . Snack bar ample for lunch if you need it . There is all also an all inclusive option . We paid an extra €6 per person each evening (€3 for children) to include all of our drinks with our evening meal which was well worth it , it worked out much cheaper than paying individually for wine/ beer/soft drinks. Water is provided free. Rooms fantastic , everything you need, beds very comfy . We paid extra for pool view/sea view which was lovely with views across the village . If this isn’t in your budget then don’t worry as the other rooms over look the car park or street view with no noise or no unsightly views at all. Outside the pool area is large with lots of seating and sun beds. Great shallow pool also for young children and there is a small park literally across the road. Gym access 24hrs a day again very clean with variety of equipment. The sports bar wasn’t open so can’t comment but compared to the rest of the hotel I would imagine it to be fine. Day time activities available, the staff try hard to get people involved .

Friendly staff,hotel is very clean with good amenities .Had breakfast and 3 dinners in the restaurant, all very good and a lot to choose from

Room and ocean view was nice, food was okay nothin crazy, very friendly staff, and the vibes were chill, wish they had more beer in the all inclusive

Das Zimmer wurde mit Meerblick gebucht. Sauberkeit am Anreisetag war eher mangelhaft.

remove the bathtub and install a shower to save water . Clean every 3 days snd don t watch towels every day
