My four-night stay was extremely unpleasant. The worst part was the reception staff. They were very unfriendly. The young man was kind and tried his best to help. However, the two older men were curt and always refused requests or gave curt answers. The facilities were also very poor. There was a washing machine, but no detergent, so it was unusable, and there was no electric kettle. Not only that, but everything was so old that I didn't dare use it. The location was okay. The surroundings were quiet, and it was just a couple of stops by public transport to the city center. I bought simple ingredients or pre-cooked food at the nearby El Corte Inglés and made breakfast.

La cama, súper vieja, con los bordes rotos. La ducha no se puede ajustar y es solo apretar un tornillo. La tina con problemas de hongos negros alrededor asi como la pared de la tina. La taza de baño rota le faltaba dos de los soportes de un lado. Esto no es de 3 llaves como anuncian. He estado en lugares con 2 llaves y súper buenos y súper limpios. Tengo fotos.

Las almohadas tenían un olor terrible a sudor rancio. El piso está regularmente amoblado pero hace falta mantenimiento. La ubicacion es excelente ya que se encuentra a un paso de la Calle Goya, con acceso a Transporte, entretenimiento, restaurantes y tiendas.

La habitación se ve antigua y oscura

Location was fantastic.

The hotel has a very good location, close to the Metro and other public transportation. There are very good restaurants around. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom has a good size considering the size of the bathrooms in Europe. Very recommendable.

Good opcion for shopping nearby

It needs an update. It describes it has air conditioning and it only has a portable in the living room area. The area is wonderful if they just would update the apartments it would be a plus. They do not have housekeeping on weekends and if you don't ask you don't know it, no towels or anything if you stay on the weekend, poor communication from front desk and also from hotels.com.

Boa localização, perto do metrô . Quarto como na foto. O ar condicionado era daqueles portáteis, com a máquina dentro do quarto.

Bairro seguro, metrô perto, acomodaçao antiga mas confortavel.

Apartment was old...water faucet was very hard to open and close... outdated furniture. What we loved was the area and customer service overall.

Appartement bien placé proche des transports, avec possibilité de parking Appartement vétuste mal équipé Manque de commodités ( peu de vaisselle, petit réfrigérateur, piles télécommande usagées, volets qui ne ferment, etc)

Bon séjour résidence calme, équipement convenable, propre, seul soucis une latte cassée à notre arrivé sur le klic-klac !

ageing building but bathroom fittings quite new except tiles. no cleaning services on sundays & bank holidays... but no reduction in price. good location. no noise around when flat is overveiwing internal court. thin walls nevertheless

Los apartamentos son antiguos, pero muy centricos, limpios y se duerme bien

Inconcebible que no tenga wifi privada. A la noche imposible conectarse. Cuando le comenté al organizador me dijo que como era una señal pública si se conectaban muchos podía andar mal. Realmente con poco pueden arreglarlo. No es un hostel no se paga poco para no tener este servicio
