Good opcion for shopping nearby

It needs an update. It describes it has air conditioning and it only has a portable in the living room area. The area is wonderful if they just would update the apartments it would be a plus. They do not have housekeeping on weekends and if you don't ask you don't know it, no towels or anything if you stay on the weekend, poor communication from front desk and also from hotels.com.

Boa localização, perto do metrô . Quarto como na foto. O ar condicionado era daqueles portáteis, com a máquina dentro do quarto.

Apartment was old...water faucet was very hard to open and close... outdated furniture. What we loved was the area and customer service overall.

Appartement bien placé proche des transports, avec possibilité de parking Appartement vétuste mal équipé Manque de commodités ( peu de vaisselle, petit réfrigérateur, piles télécommande usagées, volets qui ne ferment, etc)

Bon séjour résidence calme, équipement convenable, propre, seul soucis une latte cassée à notre arrivé sur le klic-klac !

ageing building but bathroom fittings quite new except tiles. no cleaning services on sundays & bank holidays... but no reduction in price. good location. no noise around when flat is overveiwing internal court. thin walls nevertheless

Los apartamentos son antiguos, pero muy centricos, limpios y se duerme bien

Inconcebible que no tenga wifi privada. A la noche imposible conectarse. Cuando le comenté al organizador me dijo que como era una señal pública si se conectaban muchos podía andar mal. Realmente con poco pueden arreglarlo. No es un hostel no se paga poco para no tener este servicio

Instalación muy vieja con servicio extremadamente básico, limpieza deficiente. Muebles viejos y muy usados. Camas incómodas. Ubicación muy buena.

Las fotos no son fieles. No habia plancha. Un colchon estaba muy desvencijado. La recepcion fueron muy cordiales. El equipamiento del estudio fue adecuado para una estadia de 1 semana.

The property was in the best area of Madrid. We enjoy staying there. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The apartment needs remodeling. It looks to old,but as I said before we had a great time in that neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and stores. Love it. Would I stay there again? Yes, definitely.

Fue comodo y seguro

Très propre, ménage tous les jours, avec serviettes propres. Le seul point négatif est l'état vétuste de la literie. Réceptionistes très sympathiques et à notre service. Hotel bien placé pour visiter, taxi à 7euros pour aller au centre-ville à comparer avec le prix des parkings du centre.

Muy viejo, les urge una remodelación, el refrigerador en mal estado, el aire acondicionado no sirve.

Satisfactoria, ideal para pasar inos dias en un lugar de excelente ubicacion
