깔끔한 도심 한 가운데 위치하며 대성당과 매우 가까움. 주변이 식당가 및 쇼핑거리라서 안전하고 깨끗함. 4인 가족이 지내기에 조금 좁을수 있지만 위치가 너무 좋고 숙소가 깔끔해서 괜찮았음.

위치 최고 숙소 상태 너무 좋고 주방이랑 세탁기 빨래건조대등 우라가 필요한게 모두 있는곳이었다 다만 1층에 레스토랑이 있어서 밤 12시까지는 소음이 있어요 12시 넘으면 조용해집니다 온라인체크인도 이메일이 오면 미리 등록하면 비번온걸로 입력하고 들어가면 됩니다 저는 편리했어요

위치가 훌륭함

If you enjoy sleeping, don't stay here. Full stop . If you are interested in a cool hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle, close to everything it would be a great choice. But there is no sleep. They seriously need to advertise that you need ear plugs. The bars close at 2, people are wandering and having a great (loud) time, which is cool and fun. That's the joy of this town. It's a lot of fun. But then all the restaurants empty hundreds and hundreds of bottles into the dumpsters below your window between 230-3. Crash Crash. Crash. Crash. Then at 2;45 a.m. , directly under your window the trucks come. The glass one is pretty quick, it sounds like Armageddon, but it's fast. Now..the garbage truck gets there at 3, right below your window. And it lifts the dumpster, and sets it down (one box falls out), and it lifts, dumps and compacts the first box, two more boxes fall out. This goes on, no hyperbole, for 20 minutes. And then....it moves 5 feet to do it all over again with dumpster #2. From 300-345, lift, dump, crash, crush, shake the building. For. Forty. Five. Minutes. Impossible to sleep before 400. I will gladly change this to a 5-star review, if they honestly advertise the noise/trash/dumpster issue. It is a lovely spot otherwise with great service Bring earplugs .

Average apartment in great location.

This place is near to tourist attractions, restaurants and transportation and shopping stores.place is clean. The stuff that I don’t like in this place is it took a while for them to communicate since this place has no front desk. They only give you 1 role of toilet paper for the 3 days that we stayed there. No dish soap, no dish sponge. They could have provided them so easier for the people that stayed in the place. They provided 2 nespresso cups with no sugar and milk. They can improved.

Great apartment with really modern equipment also the kitchen is full. It's really clean and organized so everything is online but you don't need any reception. You are directly in the city center and you don't need any transportation just pay attention that you need to park the car somewhere in the city the price are quite High you need to park the car outside if you want to be free and go with the taxi or by bus into the center

Everything about this property was perfect. Period: -Large, light unit, with great beds, shower, views (would probably replace the washer (which leaked) with a dishwasher since great public laundry is nearby). -Stunning view of the Grand Cathedral roof of Archangel Michael and His Sword from the unit's beautiful balcony. -STEPS from all you need in restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. -Fantastic walk to La Alhambra and back. -Beautiful partial view of the Sierra Nevada mountains. -Wonderful local culture, very friendly people. -The Best of Spain. We were very sad on the way out the door!

Nos hospedamos en un departamento grande, amplio, con terraza. Todo funciona perfecto. Es limpio y cómodo con una gran ubicacion. Si hay elevador. El desayuno incluido es escaso pero es en una cafetería frente al edificio y tienes la opción de solicitar algo más con costo a la carta. Todo lo haces atraves de una app y desde antes tienes ya tus códigos de acceso. Puedes solicitar desde el móvil todo lo que necesites. La atención es rápida y eficaz. No está diseñado para quien no tiene un exquisito manejo de su celular. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Creo que el único inconveniente es que la entrada siempre huele horrible a pescado porque esta junto a un restaurante de mariscos. Esto da una mala impresión siempre que entras. Requiere un deodorizante permanente.

Lage super zentral. Alles vorhanden was man braucht inklusive Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Leckeres Frühstück direkt um die Ecke. Nur zu empfehlen.

Great place to stay. Fantastic location - although recommend parking 10 to 15 minute walk away as free nearby parking is not likely

Don’t stay here. Apartment was dirty, really dusty, and I spoke to their team to get it cleaned. They promised 10% off the first night, since they don’t have a cleaning crew until the next day. The next day, someone came into our room, but cleaning wasn’t done, because now there’s no cleaners available. So why did someone come into our room? Suspicious. They then said a cleaner will come the following day, but I said no because I feel uncomfortable now. Plus, we will be checking out the following day, so what’s the point. I asked them for additional refund, but they refused saying I agreed already to only 10% off the first night. I argued that I only agreed, as they promised me a cleaning, which didn’t happen, and I feel uncomfortable they had someone come into our room for nothing. They insisted it doesn’t matter as I already agreed. Also, the showers were not cleaned well, it was very slippery that my daughter slipped and hit her face. They ignored this issue. Lastly, there’s a corridor that heads to all rooms, and it has a door. When we first opened the door, the hinge pin fell out, and the door was hanging off. The pin almost fell on my mother’s face, but luckily she moved in time. My husband replaced the hinge, because it’s a safety hazard. When I mentioned this, they said the door is fine, but nothing about my mother. The door isn’t fine, the pin was put back into place only by hand so it is still sticking out. By the way, I’m still waiting on my refund.

The apartments are amazing but can be quite noisy until 1am, but that is the Spanish way!💃💃

great place to be and at a walkable distance from main attractions

Amazing location. Excellent facilities. Would suggest programming the front door to close sooner. Remains open too much time, creating security risk.

The property only sells by its location and good online pictures. The location is prime, all the action in Granada is around it. Great restaurants, shopping, cafes, etc. Taxis they leave you 200 ft from it, they cannot get closer. The condition of the property is horrible. The shower drain doesn’t work properly and to top it up the shower pan is tilted towards the door. That means the water runs out of the shower into the bathroom, into the leaving area. When we got there, there was a broom and a mop inside the bathroom which looked odd to us. Then after experiencing the shower problem everything made sense. Also use the hot water rationally, after certain volume it runs out and you have to wait until it replenishes. Three people showering back to back definitely the last one will run out. Also there’s a restaurant downstairs and all the smell from the kitchen gets into the common areas and elevator. Again for the price is not worthy.

Excellent location. Nice and comfortable. It was useful to have a washing machine in the room in the middle of our trip. Very responsive (they came to fix the batteries of the remote control). The space is better and more comfortable for two people.
