Lage super zentral. Alles vorhanden was man braucht inklusive Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Leckeres Frühstück direkt um die Ecke. Nur zu empfehlen.

Don’t stay here. Apartment was dirty, really dusty, and I spoke to their team to get it cleaned. They promised 10% off the first night, since they don’t have a cleaning crew until the next day. The next day, someone came into our room, but cleaning wasn’t done, because now there’s no cleaners available. So why did someone come into our room? Suspicious. They then said a cleaner will come the following day, but I said no because I feel uncomfortable now. Plus, we will be checking out the following day, so what’s the point. I asked them for additional refund, but they refused saying I agreed already to only 10% off the first night. I argued that I only agreed, as they promised me a cleaning, which didn’t happen, and I feel uncomfortable they had someone come into our room for nothing. They insisted it doesn’t matter as I already agreed. Also, the showers were not cleaned well, it was very slippery that my daughter slipped and hit her face. They ignored this issue. Lastly, there’s a corridor that heads to all rooms, and it has a door. When we first opened the door, the hinge pin fell out, and the door was hanging off. The pin almost fell on my mother’s face, but luckily she moved in time. My husband replaced the hinge, because it’s a safety hazard. When I mentioned this, they said the door is fine, but nothing about my mother. The door isn’t fine, the pin was put back into place only by hand so it is still sticking out. By the way, I’m still waiting on my refund.

The apartments are amazing but can be quite noisy until 1am, but that is the Spanish way!💃💃

Amazing location. Excellent facilities. Would suggest programming the front door to close sooner. Remains open too much time, creating security risk.

The property only sells by its location and good online pictures. The location is prime, all the action in Granada is around it. Great restaurants, shopping, cafes, etc. Taxis they leave you 200 ft from it, they cannot get closer. The condition of the property is horrible. The shower drain doesn’t work properly and to top it up the shower pan is tilted towards the door. That means the water runs out of the shower into the bathroom, into the leaving area. When we got there, there was a broom and a mop inside the bathroom which looked odd to us. Then after experiencing the shower problem everything made sense. Also use the hot water rationally, after certain volume it runs out and you have to wait until it replenishes. Three people showering back to back definitely the last one will run out. Also there’s a restaurant downstairs and all the smell from the kitchen gets into the common areas and elevator. Again for the price is not worthy.

Excellent location. Nice and comfortable. It was useful to have a washing machine in the room in the middle of our trip. Very responsive (they came to fix the batteries of the remote control). The space is better and more comfortable for two people.

The property is located in an excellent position between Calle Reyes Catolicos and Plaza de Bib-Rambla. Due to the property being on the 4th floor there is very little noise heard in the property. The property itself is in excellent condition with a fantastic balcony with views of the Cathedral. The owners were extremely helpful and arranged for a cot to be provided within 15 mins of us arriving.

Excelente opción. En la mejor plaza de Granada. Cerca a todo lo histórico. Limpia. Cómoda! Un poco ruidosa. Pero fantástica opción. La mejor!

Estancia Fenomenal!!! El apartamento está ubicado en el mismo centro, al lado del Corte Inglés. Muy limpio y personal muy amble.

The unit I received was awful. One chair at a table with no room to walk around, cramped, chair was broken into pieces. Bedroom so tight you had to walk sideways to clear the bed. Tiniest place. The one lamp didn’t work. Couldn’t access tiny kitchen without moving the table. They moved me to a different unit but it took a few hours of my already tired from travel day to sort out, and then the tv was not working and it has to call several times for assistance. The unit was better but directly above a noisy bar restaurant and kept me awake until 2am every night.

Excelente. Apartamento super comodo y super centrico.

L’appartement est agréable et très bien équipé. La conciergerie est en ligne (personne sur place) mais nous avons très bien été renseignés lorsque nous l’avons sollicité. Nous vous recommandons de télécharger l’application pour ouvrir les portes ou ajouter des services supplémentaires (parking, petit déjeuner…). Nous avons pris le parking et tout s’est bien déroulé (situé à 500 m du logement). L’appartement est situé en plein centre, près de la place Bib Rambla. C’est très pratique mais très vivant à côté (attention pour ceux ayant le sommeil léger).

Eramos 3 personas pero solo encontramos sabanas para la cama doble, no teniamos ropa de cama para el sofacama. los asientos del comedor se sienten como si se fueran a desarmar en cualquier momento. Se escucha todo el ruido de la plaza de al lado. No te explican bien el sistema de cerraduras por celular y para alguien nuevo es dificil de entender la primera vez.

Very modern, clean apartment. Location couldn’t be better, in the center of historical Granada, all attractions in walking distance. Highly recommended!

The flat was beautifully decorated, new and clean. The check-in extremely smooth and everything related to access very easy. Also, the website with all the other services available (parking space, luggage storage, visit bookings etc) was easy to use. Their customer service is very prompt if you have a question as well. Position was ideal, just off the main square in Granada. One minute walk from the cathedral. I would definitely return - amazing value for the price.
