호텔 Access code 받는 과정이 좀 번거로움

Posizione ottima per visitare Madrid!

The location is five stars The inability to get check in codes before the exact check in time was inconvenient The apartment was nicely appointed, could do with a kettle as one of the hot plates didn’t work. The three flights of stairs was not fun with heavy luggage, which I unfortunately missed in the rental listing details I did find early check in at 10€ per hour a bit rich, that said our apartment wasn’t ready until 3pm anyway A nice stay but not a fabulous one

Nice and safe

Mükemmel konum ve telefonla da olsa çok yardımcı olan personeli vardı. Odamızda aradığımız her şey vardı ve çok konforluydu. Tek olumsuz yan anasörün olmamasıydı sanırım. Herkese önerebileceğim bir yer.

Excellent experience and very confortable.

Great apartment! Very clean and close to everything. If you have heavy luggage prepare for a workout going up to the apartments. Aside from no elevators the stay was great!

En general la estancia estuvo bien, el hotel está ubicado a minutos de los principales puntos turísticos. La habitación fue de buena tamaño considerando familia de 4, el único punto q no nos gusto, es q no hacen limpieza en la habitación durante la estancia. Las camas y almohadas no son las más cómodas, en general estuvo bien!

Brilliant apartment right in the centre of Madrid.

Great location. It was close to the main street with lots of shopping stores, as well as another street with lots of dining options. Very walkable to and from. There is a bar down the street but it wasn’t loud or anything while we were in the room. I would suggest lining the sofa bed with a sweater or a mattress topper where the wooden support beam is because you will feel it in your back when sleeping there. Overall, it was a cute apt and comfortable for the four of us.

Muy céntrico, aunque no tiene elevador. Instalaciones limpias.

I mostly liked my stay at this apartment, but there was one problem - after checking out, I was notified of a 50 euro charge being added to my bill to cover repair of a piece of paneling that had come off just below the kitchen sink. This piece was noticeably loose during our stay, but I didn't think anything of it. Some re-caulking was obviously required. If Be Mate is in the habit of charging their guests for items that should be part of routine maintenance, then I can't recommend them and probably won't stay with them again.

Appartement idéalement placé au cœur de Madrid . Accès facile . Je regrette juste l’imprécision du Check in en ligne : il manquait une carte d’identité et les instructions pour entrer n’ont pu se faire qu’une fois ces formalités faites … donc attente sur le trottoir .. c’est au troisième étage sans ascenseur .. il faut le savoir ! En Revanche un appartement très confortable , bien isolé du bruit de la rue .

The apartment was tidy and we felt comfortable, although is was quite small and a bit noisy. Unfortunately, everything was very impersonal, since it was just self check-in and check-out. So communication was just via a complicated chat. But I guess that's the case when everything is just a business.

Old building apt in the third floor no elevator!!!!!

Nos encantó la estadía. Todo súper limpio, organizado y muy bonito. La localización es perfecta. Fácil acceso con las intrusiones detalladas.

Great location - easy walk to Gran Via & Sol metro stations, and 1 hour by metro from the Airport. 20 mins walk to Cathedral & Palacio Real, 30 mins walk to Prado museum. Supermarket at end of road. Apartment is comfortable. 3rd floor with no lift.
