J’ai choisi cet hôtel parce qu’il proposait une réception 24 heures sur 24. Mon train arrivant à 21h30 j’ai pensé que c’était prudent. J’ai téléphoné dans la matinée pour confirmer que j’arriverai vers 22 heures. À 22h je me suis trouvé devant l’immeuble j’ai sonné plusieurs fois sans réponse et j’ai téléphoné une dizaine de fois. À chaque fois je suis tombé sur répondeur. Vers 22h30 j’ai décidé de me mettre à la recherche d’un autre hôtel. Heureusement un habitant de l’immeuble est arrivé à ce moment-là, il m’a fait rentrer il m’a accompagné jusqu’à l’étage de l’hôtel. Là il a sonné et a frappé à la porte. Une personne nous a ouvert. Elle a d’abord refusé de me laisser entrer. Elle ne parlait que l’Espagnol, pas un mot d’anglais et moi je ne parle pas l’espagnol. Heureusement le monsieur qui m’avait fait entrer dans l’immeuble parlait l’anglais et a pu me servir d’interprète. La personne À la réception de l’hôtel était très très désagréable. Elle a vérifié ma réservation elle m’a quasiment jeté les clés de la chambre à la figure. Elle ne m’a même pas montré où se trouvaient les toilettes ni comment utiliser la clé de l’appartement. Je pense que quand vous annonciez réception 24 heures sur 24, c’était une plaisanterie (?)

This location was difficult to find because it is one floor in a residential building, rather than a designated hotel/hostel. The entire hostel floor smelt of cigarettes even though it says it’s a non-smoking hostel. While we were resting in the afternoon, someone unlocked the door of our room trying to come in until they realized we were there. We were already skeptical feeling like the place was not clean, but after someone unlocked the door and came into our room, we no longer felt safe. We ended up staying at The Oxygen hostel 10 minutes away which was much cleaner and safer.

Para la naturaleza del lugar, estuvo bien. Es un lugar sencillo, y un poco a la antigua. Fui a pernoctar, y para eso estuvo bien.

BED BUGS in this property. Apparently, this happens every Summer, so the problem is well known, but not addressed.

I like The area Area around the property. I do not like The administrative Staff of the property and the general process that you need for the entrance and exit of the property.

Una habitación sin balcón como se anunciaba. Una reserva que no me respetaron y perder el bono que había conseguido por acumulación de noches. Una experiencia mala que no pienso repetir

Small with few amenities, but perfect for enjoying Madrid if you are like me and don't spend much time in your room. Centrally located with easy access to Metro and walkable to anything you could need.

El trato deja mucho que desear.

寝るだけであればいいですがとても耐えれるような部屋ではないです。トイレは共用だしシャワーも狭くて扉が壊れてます。石鹸シャンプーは備えておらずコップもありません。場所柄値段が高いのでしょうが少し歩けば素敵なホテルがあります。

Great location. When it says private bathroom it means shared toilet. Cigarette smoke comes out through room vents

The hostel was fit for purpose and affordable. I would only recommend more communication in the reservation confirmation on how to connect initially with staff at the door.

This place is a scam. I strongly advise staying away to avoid issues. The hotel's description indicates that check-in begins at 2 pm and ends "anytime", yet the fine print states that the front desk is open from 9am to 9pm and late check-in can be arranged by contacting the hotel. I needed to check-in after 9pm so I messaged the hotel twice and received no response. I called their phone a dozen times between 9am and 9pm and no answer. Even after trying an alternative phone number listed on the hotel's website, I discovered it was out of service. Contacted hotels.com and they were not able to contact anyone at the hotel either. I arrived for check-in at 11pm, doors were locked and no one will answer the intercom. I tried for 30 minutes with no luck. Contacted hotels.com and they were again unable to contact anyone at the property. They even emailed the management and 48 hrs later no one replied. Consequently, I was left stranded in Madrid at midnight with nowhere to go, forcing me to book the nearest reasonable priced hotel which cost $220 per night. The following day, in hopes of check-in since I had booked a multiple night stay, I went to the hotel at 9:30am and 10:15am, only to find doors locked once more and no one responding to the intercom in the building. Once again hotels.com was not able to contact the hotel.

Nuit tres bruyante dans cet hotel , probablement la prostitution est acceptée dans cet établissement ! C est scandaleux

Una mala experiencia empezando por el anfitrión que es una persona prepotente y maleducada, habitaciones paredes manchadas, camas incómodas como piedras, ducha para personas súper delgadas, mucho ruido, en fin lo peor que pude experimentar, reservé dos noches y la segunda noche la pasamos en otro hotel de al lado. La página con la que reservé las habitaciones no debería proponer este tipo de sitios con tantas reseñas malas.

Su situación es fantástica. Pero la habitación demasiado austera.

Horrible, cet endroit a été le pire que je n’ai jamais fait. Pas de chauffage ni de couette mais juste un drap. Lampe qui ne fonctionne pas. Pas de fenêtre à la chambre

El personal es muy amable, pero las instaliciones son muy viejas y mal insonorizadas. Eso si, la situación es muy buena, a 5 min de Atocha
