허니문으로 간 숙소에요! 4성급 중에서도 너무 번잡하지 않고 가격대비 만족도 높았음 꼭 클럽 서비스 신청하셔서 베드 있는 곳으로 가세요!!! 조용하고 좋아요!! 그리고 샤워기 필터 필수 식사는 조식은 너무 좋았고 중석식 다른 장소는 조식 보다는 별로였어요.

특가로 아주 좋은 가격이 스위트 룸을 묵게 되었습니다. 방도 넓고 시설도 아주 만족스러웠지만 화장실과 방 곳곳에 먼지가 있었고 수건에도 얼룩이 져있어서 아쉬웠어요.. 또 방에 있었던 네스프레소 기계는 작동을 안하더라고요.. 한가지 더 아쉬웠던건 제가 클럽을 이용할수 있는 방을 예약했는데 묵었던 3일 내내 클럽회원을 위한 조식을 먹는 곳에서 계속 제가 클럽회원으로 등록이 안되있다고 해서 매일같이 설명을 하고 먹을수 있었네요.. 여러모로 아쉬운 점이있었지만 바다 전망이나 위치는 정말 더 없이 좋았어요!! 선셋바에서 봤던 선셋도 환상적이에요 꼭 가보세요!

굉장히 만족했습니다

I am staying at the Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa Plaza and the breakfast is far way better than at Tropical. My wife was happy with everything except the breakfast buffet. My son got sick, so he stopped eating breakfast. Definitely the breakfast buffet does not meet the standard of such high quality resort. Please take advice from the Marriott Hotel.

Everything from when we arrived to when we left was awesome. The most relaxing week away. The quality of the food and drink was exceptional. We will certainly be returning. Well done to all the staff

Brilliant experience. Very friendly staff. Views of the ocean and location were excellent. Breakfast was scrumptious (special thanks to the chef at the omelette station) but food at other restaurants at the resort could get better (basics like burger and wrap were underwhelming) . Would definitely come again for the hospitality and the vibe.

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire l hôtel est magnifique le personnel est très gentil le buffet de petit dejeuner est abondant tous les matins un musicien au petit dej et un le soir au bar , le bar roof top face a la mer est top ainsi que la salle de sport en plein air vue sur l océan de plus l hotel est très bien situé dans la ville

Vi havde et dejligt ophold på hotellet, med generelt gode faciliteter. Vores første værelse lå lige over live-musik området (ved Lava Bar), hvor de spillede hver aften fra kl. 21-23. Vi bad om et nyt værelse og fik tilbudt et med udsigt mod havnen (vi havde havudsigt oprindeligt), hvilket ikke var sammenligneligt. Ventede en nat mere og fik så tilbudt et nyt værelse i en af fløjene med havudsigt, hvilket var markant bedre med støjen. Desværre var børnepoolen under renovering de første 3 dage, hvilket var super ærgerligt for vores datter og desuden åbner buffeten først kl. 18:30 (ligesom alle andre restauranter på hotellet), hvilket ikke er super børnevenligt. Til trods for udfordringerne med musik om aftenen på 1. værelse, renovering af børnepool og åbningstider i restauranterne, så havde vi et super godt ophold og nødt virkelig strandpromenaden lige foran hotellet.

Most amazing breakfast buffet I have ever seen or had the pleasure of experiencing. Staff were very friendly and welcoming the room was cleaned daily and the option of clean bedding and fresh towels every day if you wanted that. No loud music around the pool only live music sometimes with a violinist, daily aqua fit at 12.00 which was fun and a gentleman would walk around the pool with fresh fruit kebabs. Fresh towels are available for the sunbeds so no need to pack any! the hotel is in easy walking distance to bars and restaurants within 2 mins. Only thing I would say if you have any difficulty with stairs this could be an issue for you as the breakfast area and pool area is via a number of steps. I felt instantly relaxed as I walked into this hotel a real sense of calm. We arrived early due to our flight time and our room was not ready so we went for breakfast at a nearby restaurant and you have the option to use changing facilities so you can relax by the pool if you want however they called us when our room was ready and we were able to access the room at 12.00 rather than 3pm so this was fantastic. I can fully recommend this hotel as it’s quiet and peaceful if that’s what you are looking for and I can also recommend the Lava bar upon return to the hotel in the evening and the sunset bar for pre dinner drinks, we would like to thank a lady called Arnella she served us in the evening and was fun and lovely and looked after us. Looking forward to my next visit already.

Super lækker morgenmad

Et virkelig fint hotel med en god central beliggenhed i Costa Adeje, med yderst hjælpsomt og venligt personal. Rene og velindrettet værelse, og specielt sengene var gode. Mange restauranter på hotellet, hvor vi benyttede World Café som byder på enestående morgen og aftenbuffet men et stort udvalg af muligheder af høj kvalitet, og en betjening ud over det almindelige. Kan anbefales at man vælger Prefered Club ved bookning, det giver adgang til specielle områder på hotellet samt mulighed for snack og drikke i løbet af dagen. Et meget anbefalelsesværdigt hotel.

Wasn’t checked in at the preferred reception for some reason ? Also the butler service was non existent in preferred club areas. Apart from that the hotel and service was excellent

I recently stayed at Dreams Jardín with my family and overall had a great experience. The hotel is nicely located, and the breakfast spread is excellent with a wide variety of fresh fruits and juice options. The pool area is perfect for both kids and relaxing in the sun, although you do need to reserve sunbeds quite early in the day. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful, which really enhanced our stay. A special highlight was the sunset bar—definitely not to be missed. The selection of drinks and cocktails is impressive, and the bartenders are always smiling and provide amazing service. We also really appreciated the hotel’s thoughtful service on our last day. Even after checking out, we had a late evening flight, and the hotel provided us with a changing room to shower and freshen up. This allowed us to fully enjoy our final day, including water sports and a beach excursion, which was a great courtesy. The only thing that held me back from giving a full 5-star rating was the room. Occasionally, there was a strange smell—similar to chlorine or a chemical odour—coming through the air conditioning vents. We had to open the balcony door a few times to clear it.
