허니문으로 간 숙소에요! 4성급 중에서도 너무 번잡하지 않고 가격대비 만족도 높았음 꼭 클럽 서비스 신청하셔서 베드 있는 곳으로 가세요!!! 조용하고 좋아요!! 그리고 샤워기 필터 필수 식사는 조식은 너무 좋았고 중석식 다른 장소는 조식 보다는 별로였어요.

특가로 아주 좋은 가격이 스위트 룸을 묵게 되었습니다. 방도 넓고 시설도 아주 만족스러웠지만 화장실과 방 곳곳에 먼지가 있었고 수건에도 얼룩이 져있어서 아쉬웠어요.. 또 방에 있었던 네스프레소 기계는 작동을 안하더라고요.. 한가지 더 아쉬웠던건 제가 클럽을 이용할수 있는 방을 예약했는데 묵었던 3일 내내 클럽회원을 위한 조식을 먹는 곳에서 계속 제가 클럽회원으로 등록이 안되있다고 해서 매일같이 설명을 하고 먹을수 있었네요.. 여러모로 아쉬운 점이있었지만 바다 전망이나 위치는 정말 더 없이 좋았어요!! 선셋바에서 봤던 선셋도 환상적이에요 꼭 가보세요!

굉장히 만족했습니다

The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained with the pool and outdoor lounge areas set in a tropical garden. It all makes for a quiet, relaxing and chilled-out resort feel during the daytime. In the evening, the pool area is beautifully lit with discrete uplights and lanterns. The choice, quality and variety of food available at the buffet style restaurant was excellent. Last but not least, every member of staff we met was pleasant, efficient and seemed to be genuinely happy to be working at this resort.

I love this hotel, the gardens and pool area are fabulous.The staff are great and very obliging the only criticism I have is the live music morning noon and night. I don't mind the evening music but when you want a peaceful breakfast it's a bit too much.

Mooi ingerichte kamers, prachtige rooftopbar, lekker ontbijt, fijne openlucht fitness met zicht op zee.

Lovely hotel, very friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast good selection & quality. Cannot comment on buffet dinner as we were B&B. On-site restaurants good quality but quite expensive. Small complaints about position of safe at floor level: impossible to access for elderly & infirm. Also maid service could be more observant regarding condition of linen. Hotel reserved mobility scooter on our behalf and the company they suggested was really bad. Would advise NOT using Gladiator movement as service was terrible, ask to be put in contact with another company. Overall nice hotel good staff, enjoyed our holiday.

Pros: • Stunning architecture with a white exterior and exotic dome-shaped roofs. The hotel features plenty of balconies, terraces, and bars, perfect for relaxing with your favorite drink. • A relaxing and enjoyable poolside experience. • Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of high-quality food. • Fantastic location surrounded by numerous bars and tapas restaurants. Cons: • Insufficient information provided during check-in, such as the WiFi password and details about breakfast timing and location. • Housekeeping services were often delayed, usually arriving around 2 PM, which was inconvenient. Additionally, coffee sachets and creamers were frequently not restocked. • Unstable WiFi, particularly at the poolside, balconies, and terraces. • Shower amenities, like the body soap and hair conditioner, were in pump bottles that didn’t function properly. We stayed at this hotel in January 2019, and the service was noticeably better back then. While we still love the hotel’s atmosphere and the high-quality breakfast, the service now requires significant improvement.

Leider wenige Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Die Hoteleigenen waren Aufpreispflichtig. Frühstück war der Knaller!!! Schöne Anlage. Freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage. Leider sind die Türen aller Zimmer immer sehr laut zugefallen. In unserem Zimmer ging nur die komplette Beleuchtung ( schon sehr hell) an obwohl früher wohl mal alles einzeln schaltbar war.

Staff were all superb. But overall the hotel is disappointing. In particular, the food (other than at breakfast) was mediocre and uninspired.

Schön u. Gut, super Lage sowie maurischer Baustil. Nach 10 Jahren immer noch begeistert! Sehr gutes u. reichhaltiges Frühstück-Buffet! Leider sind bei den deutschsprechenden TV-Sender immer noch grössere Bildstörungen! Und das seit Jahren! Ansonsten alles sehr gut.

The hotel and property was very nice. We stayed for four nights. Check in and check out was smooth. We rented a car while here and the parking was good no problems with that. The restaurant options were good although I would not recommend an all inclusive package for this. We got the all inclusive package and although it included food and drinks, it seemed that you would get better service if you did not have the all inclusive option for food. There was a menu for all inclusive and personally the food that was not on that menu looked better. The environment was very relaxing; mostly older people and very few children were there, which was honestly so nice. We paid for a couples spa option, it was okay, I don’t think I would recommend doing it. If you’re traveling here and need to do work or school online, the wifi was good enough to be able to do that. I had a few classes and the wifi did not cut out at all even with three devices connected. I recommend this hotel. It’s in a very walkable area. Everything you need is a short walk away. The beach is a short walk down. We did not use the pool but it looked very nice. Housekeeping came by every day, the cleaning was good.

Das Hotel hält was es verspricht. Die teils sehr guten Bewertung passen aber nicht ganz zu unserer Erfahrung. Der Service im Buffetrestaurant (wir hatten nur Frühstück) ist ehr unterdurchschnittlich. Die Mitarbeiter wirken gestresst, kaum mal ein Lächeln und es ist sehr laut was hauptsächlich durch das Geklapper mit Geschirr und Besteck beim Abräumen durch die Mitarbeiter verursacht wird. Da wird wenig wert auf Atmosphäre gelegt. Man fühlt sich daher ehr wie im Foodcourt im Einkaufszentrum als in einem Hotelrestaurant. Auch die Livemusik beim Frühstück ist etwas zu laut, aber da muss man sich ja nicht gleich daneben setzen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Sehr ärgerlich ist die Livemusik aus dem Prefered-Bereich die ab 8:00 Uhr morgens den kompletten Innenberech der Anlage beschallt. Auch das Eindecken der Tische im Prefered-Bereich geht leider nur mit lautem Geklapper ab 7:00 Uhr. Da ist es bei Zimmer mit Poolblick schon am frühen Morgen nichts mehr mit schlafen. Die Zimmer können wir daher garnicht empfehlen. Gäste mit Standardzimmer haben das Problem nicht, wie wir von anderen Gästen gehört haben.

De architectuur van het hotel spreekt tot de verbeelding. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, gaande van keukenstaff tot de poetsploeg op het verdiep: werken met een glimlach.

Excellent hotel all round with great staff and facilities

Great stay, second time in 2024. Upgraded to club and was really worth it.
