폰타넬라 그린 하우스

숙소 위치가 괜찮습니다.

호스텔 폰타넬라를 3박4일 숙박지로 예약한 건 위치가 좋아서였습니다. 호텔이나 호스텔을 선정할때 많이 찾아보고 리뷰도 꼼꼼히 챙겨 읽으며 신중을 기하는 편이어서 르네상스 피라호텔과 피라호텔에서 2박씩 4박을 한 후에 지로나,시체스 2박3일 여행한 뒤 바로셀로나 고딕지구 중심으로 투어를 걸어서 하기 위해서 선택한 호스텔 폰타넬라였는데..4월12일 호스텔 폰타넬라가 공사 중 이어서,Casp-er Guest House로 숙박지가 바뀌었다는 호스텔 측의 메일을 받고서 다른 숙박지로 바꾸려고 고민하던 차에,잘못보내진 메일이라는..원래 예약되어진 숙소인 호스텔 폰타넬라로 진행된다는 메일을 확인하고 4월22일 지로나에서 호스텔 폰타넬라로 이동했지만..그곳은 잠겨있었고,벨을 눌러도 아무도 대답이 없는 상황이어서 전화를 했더니,호스텔이 바뀌었다는 대답이었고,이름조차 잘 모르는 상황에서 택시를 타고오면 택시비를 호스텔측에서 지불한다고하여,택시를 타고 택시기사에게 호스텔 측과 통화하게 한 후 찾아간 곳은 지도상으로는 Hostel Barcelona Go 라고 나와있는 지하철로 세정거장 (marina) 떨어져있는 호스텔이였습니다. (택시비 5.5유로 호스텔에서 지불) 바뀐 숙박지에 대한 사전의 인폼이 전혀 없었으므로 당시 체크인을 담당하고있던 직원 레오나르드에게 항의하였고, 다음날 사장 호세에게도 항의.호스텔측은 바뀐 호스텔 객실 컨디션이 호스텔 폰타넬라보다 낫고 조식을 포함 시켜주었다고 해명했지만 위치를 고려해서 예약한 호스텔 폰타넬라였기에,시내에 가려면 지하철을 이용해야했고, 체크아웃 후에 바로셀로나 공항에 갈때에도 택시비가 더 나오는 위치에 있기에 호스텔 사장 호세는 교통비를 보조해 주겠다는 답을 해주었지만 썩 유쾌한일은 아니었습니다. 호텔스 닷컴에선 이러한 상황을 전혀 모르는 듯 ''예정된 숙박이 얼마남지 않았어요''라는 메일과 ''호스텔 폰타넬라에서의 숙박이 어떠했냐는 메일이 왔습니다. 제가 부탁할 사항은 호스텔 측과 연락을 취하셔서 상기 내용 확인하시고, 부담해 준다고 했던 교통비 부분에 대한 처리 부탁드립니다 그리고 또 다른 숙박지였던 리스본 호텔 '필스 라이크 홈' 첵인과정에서 한국에서 모든 지불이 완료하였는데,현지에서 숙박비 청구하여 재지불 후,다시 며칠 후 호텔에 재방문하여 호텔비를 돌려받아야 되었던 상황에 대해서는 다시 메일 쓰도록 하겠습니다 두서없이 쓴 글 읽어주셔서 고맙습니다

Estadia muito boa, quarto amplo e super confortável, localização excelente! Perto do metrô e bus. Gostamos bastante. Um único feedback seria para colocar um suporte na tv que pudesse ficar mais próxima da cama, não dá pra enxergar direito pq é muito longe.

The place was good but if your room happens to be close to the reception desk you can hear everything going on right outside your door. Otherwise very close to the train station and not a bad stay for a night

The walls were paper thin, I could hear all my neighbors at all hours, making it impossible to sleep. There was visible mold in the shower, the toilet seat was broken, and our luggage was left completely unattended after we were told it would be safely stored , anyone could have taken it. Overall, the conditions were far below basic standards and not what was advertised.

We were really disappointed to be woken up early in the morning by loud construction happening right outside our hotel room window. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about this in advance, which made it hard to relax and enjoy our stay.

Excelente ubicación

Siisti huone ja sijainti on loistava. Ihan keskustassa ja pääse kaikkialle kävelleen (shoppailu, ravintolat, kahvilat, marketit…). Metro ja bussit muutama 100 metriä päästä. Miinus puoli oli että kuuluu kaikkia mitä käytävällä tai viereisessä huoneissa kun rakennus ei ole ääni eristetty!

good location! but for 4ppl, it is pretty tight: there were 4beds, but the bathroom area was very tight. the sink was even smaller. and the fridge had power issues, maybe due to the excessive heatwave the city was going thru at the time. the staff though was very helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic instructions for finding the location, friendly check in service and clean comfortable room. Close to many food options, the bus and metro.

Foi nossa melhor hospedagem em nossa viagem na Europa, quarto extremamente limpo, bem estruturado, tivemos apenas um problema com o elevador que estava estragado, então tivemos que subir até nosso quarto pela escada. Entretanto o quarto estava extremamente limpo e agradável, tudo funcionando perfeitamente,e muito seguro, indicamos muito esse lugar, e próximo de tudo, dá acesso a praticamente todos os locais de Barcelona, uma ótima estadia

L'ascenseur était en panne à notre arrivée mais l'hôtel ne nous a pas prévenus alors qu'il se situe au 4eme étage. Ce n'est pas correct.

Lo recomiendo me encantó! Queda en una buena ubicación, las habitaciones limpias, y el personal muy atento!

Muy buena ubicación y muy buen servicio

The hotel was well located so we could walk everywhere. The managers were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly! The hotel and our room were clean. Our room was small but had everything we needed for 2 nights. Would absolutely recommend for a short stay.

You can’t beat the location, easy access to all the best areas Barcelona has to offer, we loved the most being close to the Gothic Quarter and to Parc de la Ciutadella(also the subway station just accross). The staff was a bit not welcoming (except for the night shift, he was great and very accommodating and helpful ) our room was being cleaned when we arrived and we have asked if we can check in earlier if possible, the person at front desk told us we can come back in an hour..hour and a half to check in, when we have returned- there was another person at front desk and he completely denied us to enter the room even though it was already cleaned and we have our key, he was quite rude and didn’t want to hear what the other person had said before and told us to come back after 3pm. (I guess you are getting what you’re paying for). The walls are thin, you can hear everything and rooms not big, but it was ok, since we were not staying this much in room except to sleep and shower. They have also painted rooms in white, so no more green. Location and convenience were the best.

Wonderful staff, friendly and attentive. Great location. Beds were comfortable.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Service war auch einwandfrei. Zu Fuß ist vieles erreichbar und in der Nähe gibt es auch Bus und eine Metro Stationen. Auch viele Essenmöglichkeiten sind in der Umgebung. Das einzig Negative was mir aufgefallen ist, ist dass die Unterkunft hellhörig ist und man so viele Geräusche aus dem Flur hört.
