This was our second holiday in this hotel. we found it was a bit tired compared to last year. Mostly the bathroom. The staff were excellent except for the lady who cleans the rooms who was very rude. The room was not clean by any means. Very dusty, dirty floors etc. The breakfast and dinner were excellent as were the rest of the staff.

Beautiful property. We originally looked for something on the beach, but this place was amazing.

Das Hilton Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, Service Komfort und Qualität sehr gut. Sehr schöner Ausblick aufs Meer, Shuttle zum Meer / Stadt fährt täglich um 10uhr ab und holt einen um 17uhf wieder ab. Schönen Meerblick . Sehr ruhig und entspannter Urlaub. Frau

Sehr schöne Anlage mitten im Grünen. Tolles Personal, unsere suite war auch ein Traum! Das Frühstück, bis auf die Säfte, sehr genial! Alles km allem, ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel!!

Bon séjour dans l ensemble mais des points à améliorer qui sont inadmissibles dans un hôtel luxueux. Les points forts : piscines, parking, calme et localisation Les points noirs : des cafards plein la chambre tous les jours, dans le lit et les rideaux car il n' y a pas de seuil de porte . Le ménage n' était également pas fait 2 jours sur 3 alors que nous partions toute la journée. Climatisation non allumée à l' arrivée. Personnel agréable mais pas très concerné par les problèmes rencontrés. Les restaurants ferment trop tôt, le choix est un peu limité ceci étant tout était bon. Mention spécial au monsieur des bagages à l' entrée absolument adorable Un bon potentiel mais les cafards en chambre et le ménage non fait ça n' est pas possible.

Good overall, but very expensive buffet food (40euro for dinner per person) while the food was really average. Did also did try to charge for every little things that would normally be included and free especially for a 5 stars

Great hotel for those who want to lounge by pool with kids. Safe as lifeguard on site. Good drinks selection. Not so great if wanting to walk to beach as hot and one hour walk easy there and back. Also the shuttle is far too small to take us to beach. Has to wait 30 mins each way.

Lovely hotel. Gluten free options available. Getting a taxi to the airport was very easy, getting a taxi at any other time you need to book ahead or prepare to wait. There’s a shuttle at 10am and 5pm that the hotel run to Paguera, it’s a shame it’s only twice a day. So would recommend a hire car if spending longer than a few days here.

Suite was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. That said, a five star hotel should serve real orange juice not the one from concentrate. Staff and service were a bit robotic and not personable enough. It took a very long time for us to get our luggages which was a problem in a huge facility on a hill. The hotel has a lot of potential but it is not operating at its full potential. Outside the rooms, the grounds feel a bit tired.

I stayed for 8 nights with my daughters. Our room was spacious with a balcony and beautiful view! Upon our arrival Jaime greeted us, his level of customer service was top notch! Breakfast was included with our stay, I highly recommend that option as the buffet is incredible. Their dinner buffet is also outstanding! The one thing we would have liked was for the pool to remain open to at least 8pm- as it gets dark really late in Mallorca returning from the calas around 7-7:30 my girls would have liked a quick dip in the pool but it closes at 7:30. Other than that the hotel is excellent I highly recommend it!

This property was very nice and clean. I like how secluded it was in its own quiet tucked away hillside road. The view from the property was remarkable. The staff were very nice and professional. The rooms were clean and had tons of space to move around. The onsite amenities were wonderful, and I plan on going back soon so I can enjoy them all.

Overall really enjoyed our stay at Hilton. The grounds and views of the property were very nice. The pool may look small but was not crowded so was very nice. Minor point about beds when you get in and get out they do squeak a little which can be little annoying while heading to bathroom at night but really minor point. We had issues at check in and once reported to front office manager Francine she really helped us out and made our stay very special and dealt with our concerns. Additionally, Netty and Irene were wonderful and ensured we had a stress free stay. Irene in particular made our breakfast visit very special which made our stay very memorable.
