War ok

Okay experience - we had hoped for more. The adult pool had been closed even though that is why we booked at this hotel to begin with.

El hotel necesita inversión. La sala de desayunos está abarrotada durante el desayuno. No entiendo por qué no abren salas adyacentes. Moverse entre los edificios con equipaje es un dolor…muchísimas escaleras y nadie de recepción se ofrece a transportar el equipaje hasta/desde la habitación (esto en un hotel de 5*). Servicio de habitaciones solo sirve hasta las 21.00. He estado en hoteles de menor categoría que tienen una carta mínima de 24 horas. Gran parte del parking es de tierra y claramente insuficiente. Además los desniveles en los parkings, si llevas equipaje, te obligan a cargar la maleta por numerosas escaleras. Una gran decepción para ser todo un Hilton.

Very beautiful and comfortable, the reception staff was very helpful but the people working in the amenities, like the bar, werent very helpful and made us feel like we were a burden. Delicious breakfast buffet, many options.

It was the worst 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in, the Wi-fi didn´t work for most of the time, We stayed there 3 weeks and the adults area which we wanted was closed. When we were checking out of the hotel (8am )to go to the airport the gates to the hotel were closed and only the manager had the key and he didn´t come until 9am so we nearly missed are flight. These are just a few things wrong with the hotel.

**IT IS NOT A 5 STAR SERVICE** Dirty room, no special service for events, no vanity sets on the room, no service at the pool. Nothing beside the view. First thing when I went to the room. is to see Sh**t on the toilet roll holder, and the paper roll was ripped off manually, literally, see skid mark (Sorry). They change us to a new room with a nice view. ok. It was for a special event (Bday), I have sent an email to the desk to have a kind attention (Flower and card, and ok to be charged). No answer. I wrote early morning via Expedia, got an answer with an OK. When we arrived, nothing, no attention, no flower, no card. Like a normal day. It was disappointing to choose such a nice place for a nice event, and regret it as soon as you check in. Hotel location is way too for from anything. It is at least 1h drive. Not going bak there or in any Hilton hotel.

The hotel is a nice 4-star hotel, but we do not see it as a 5-star property. Good outdoor facilities. Lovely staff. Good breakfast. The rooms need some attention — curtains hanging without hooks, etc. etc. etc. — and in general there are details throughout the hotel and rooms that need reviewing, which makes the overall impression less than perfectly polished.

Very nice and Beautiful hotel, but do you have problems walking ect, consider that there’s a lot of stairs.. lovely breakfast.. If you’re looking for all inclusive, this hotel is not for you.. The food you can order are very good. Nice and clean pool

La chambre est magnifiquement rénovée, la réception et le bar Alma également. Pour le reste… c’est un hôtel des années 70 … … Le bar de la piscine ferme très tôt, à 17h30 le serveur (que je pensais venir prendre ma commande) m’a retiré la carte des boissons de la main sans explication. Désolée mais dans un 5 étoiles digne d’un Hilton il devrait être possible de commander une boisson son transat à cette heure ci! Petit déjeuner correct, standard, jus de fruits industriels alors que qq jours avant nous avons séjourné dans un hôtel qui en proposait du frais pressé.

Good hotel with friendly staff

Wir sind seit Jahren in diesem Hotel, da Preis-Leistung unschlagbar ist. Es ist ein gutes 5 Sterne Hotel, vom Service und Ausstattung eher ein sehr gutes 4 Sterne Hotel mit ein paar Abstrichen. Mit Kindern ist das Familienzimmer

Perfecto

This was our first holiday in this hotel. It is a 5 star wonderful property, a bit alone in the woods, and no easy access to beach or village. But the place in itself is very good, with a wonderful garden and 2 nice pools. The staff were excellent and the room was clean. We had half board. The breakfast was nice and well prepared. The buffe dinners were under the standard we expected at this level and also under the standard from the 4 star hotel we came from in Palma the week before. The last 2 days we had to accept a la carte because of few guests. The restaurant dinner we would rate 4 stars.

Super confort et très jolie vue de la chambre. Très bon confort et prestations de l’hôtel notamment la piscine couverte. Excellent accueil car notre chambre était prête avant l’heure.

This was our second holiday in this hotel. we found it was a bit tired compared to last year. Mostly the bathroom. The staff were excellent except for the lady who cleans the rooms who was very rude. The room was not clean by any means. Very dusty, dirty floors etc. The breakfast and dinner were excellent as were the rest of the staff.

War schön, aber es fehlt an kleinen Details, um den Aufenthalt als perfekt zu bewerten.

Beautiful property. We originally looked for something on the beach, but this place was amazing.
