Clean, comfortable, helpful staff. My only complaint is the walls are paper thin and I could hear the movie from the room next door. I used a white noise app to be able to sleep.

Sehr freundliches Personal und hervorragender Service vom Empfang bis zum Frühstücksbuffet. Hervorragende Lage. Metro, Bus direkt vor der Tür und in wenigen Minuten in der City. Große Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend bzw. Standart und das Buffet wird schnell aufgefüllt. Einziges Manko: Die Zimmertüren fallen laut ins Schloss. Das sollte dringend nachgebessert werden. Für einen Städteurlaub aber trotzdem sehr gut. Würde ich wieder wählen.

Habitaciones renovadas y limpias! Muy conveniente tener el metro justo enfrente de la puerta del hotel, por lo cual la conexión con el centro de Madrid es fácil y muy rápida.

少しだけ、中心街から外れているが、静かで駅も近い。また、ホテルの対応も非常にこなれており、好印象。 駅近くのトレド橋とその近辺は、散歩に最適。

The staff were kind and helpful. They provided us with an early checkin, which we really appreciated. The rooms were very clean. This is a great hotel. I would definitely return and recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. Thank you!

Decent breakfast for the price, Clean rooms, friendly staff. Literally 10 steps away from Subway entrance. 20 min to downtown by metro, 30 walking..Good experience

It was quiet, clean and nice service next to metro station (go 2 levels deeper to metro).

The staff is great specially Alejandro at the front desk and Enrique at the snack bar. Both were always so helpful and attentive.

Very good hotel, but when I left my wife has forgotten her Panama in the room and the hotel didn’t offer any option to return it back. That was a pity since competition in Madrid is vastly and I will looking for a more service mind hotel next time.

Confortable room for 4 of us, at a reasonable price with almost direct access to the Metro.

Property is located so far away from anything. Although the metro is steps outside the door, there is ABSOLUTELY nothing, not even a coffee shop near the hotel so you must take at least a 10 min metro ride to arrive anywhere. Staff is rude. Rooms are extremely hot!!! Staff reports that they cannot lower thermostat lower than 73 degrees, so it makes sleeping difficult. Many guests complained of the heat and the hotel did nothing. There was no air circulation in the room or fans available. Also, and this is a big issue if you want to look presentable, you have to go to floor 2 to IRON your clothes!! Meaning, there are not individual irons in each room, but an “ironing” room that you have to get in an elevator from your room and go to the room to press your clothes. This makes getting ready in the morning difficult and time consuming. Whose idea was this? It seemed to me the hotel chain took every step to cut corners and minimize costs to make guests comfortable. I would not recommend this room. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was also sub-par and the hot food items were very cold.

Solicitei anteriormente, mais de 4 meses para ter berço no quarto, por ter filho de 8 meses. Porém não atenderam meu pedido. E de fato tinham o berço mas não disponibilizaram
