Great value for money. Walkable from Retiro Park and very close to Atocha Metro station which is a couple of stops away from the city center. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the bathroom utilities. My only feedback is that my wife was sick as she is pregnant so we were a few minutes late for breakfast. We understand that we could not be served in the cafeteria however requested if we could takeaway some readymade breakfast items at least but were told no.

마드리드 인이라 매우 걱정이 많았는데 아토차역에서 내려서 도보 10분 정도? 거리에 있단 것만 빼면 정말 좋았습니다. 현재 아토챠역이 공사중이라 오히려 가까웠으면 소음이 많았을 것 같아요. 2시 체크인에 12시 체크아웃이라 좋았는데 비행기가 늦게 오고 일찍 아웃한 점이 정말 아쉬웠어요. 일박에 20정도 가격이었는데 짐도 프리로 맡아주시고 시간 및 가성비로 최고에요! 직원분들도 스윗 그 자체라.. 더 좋았습니다. 엘리베이터는 7층까지고 8층까지 계단으로 가는데 뷰가 좋다. 괜찮냐 하셔서 수락하고 묵었는데 만족스러웠습니다..! 컨디션이 조금 노후되긴 했지만 불편한 점은 없었어요. 요새 유럽여행 특징인지 어메니티는 하나도 없습니다^^..근데 물도 없어요ㅜㅠ 미니바는 한 가득인데. 그게 아쉬웠네요. 다만 8층에서 마드리드가 한 눈에 보였어요. 저는 마드리드에 가면 다시 묵고 싶어요

결론부터 말하면 다시 이용할 것 같지 않음. 아토차역과는 멀지도 않지만 가깝지도 않은 애매한 거리. 나는 지불하고 그들은 방을 제공한 딱 그만큼. 체크인할 때, 바로 결제하고 무료 생수는 없으나 미니바는 떡 하니. 첫인상이 상당히 계산적인 느낌. 계절이 계절이니만큼 그나마 장점은 벌레 없고 침구에서 냄새나지 않는 것. 이건 원래 기본 아닌가? 세계 여러 호텔에 묵어봤으나, 문 손잡이에 방청소 여부 표시를 걸어 두었음에도 2번이나 메이드가 방에 노크하여 얼굴을 대면하는 일은 처음 겪는 일.

4성이라고 보기 어려운 숙소. 청결은 했으나, 에어컨은 되는 둥 마는 둥이었습니다. 그리고 리셉션 직원들이 친절하다거나 우리를 웰커밍한다는 느낌은 아니었습니다. 다른 스페인 숙소들도 여러 개 다녀봤는데 가장 응대 태도는 별로였던 것 같습니다. 수도라서 그런 걸 수도 있겠지만요. 방은 매우 좁고 오래되었습니다. 침대 옆 콘센트는 가운데 하나밖에 없어서 나눠써야 했습니다.

Cet hôtel est tout simplement magnifique ; le personnel se démène pour obtenir notre satisfaction et les deux restaurants (petit déjeuner et cafétaria) relèvent de la qualité et du bon goût. Quant à l'emplacement, c'est juste à 5 minutes à pied de la gare d'Atocha.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay while in Madrid. The hotel staff were so helpful in storage our luggage before check in. The room was clean, and big enough for my son and I. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Atocha station, and about 5 minutes walk to the Menéndez Pelayo metro station. All in all, if we are in Madrid again, I would absolutely stay here again.

Great breakfast, would highly recommend for its variety of options. If you're American and expect crispy bacon, you may be a little disappointed, but it's still delicious. I did sample most of everything over 2 days. Love the thick hot chocolate. Very close to many great sightseeing places and close to Atocha station. Amenities wise: be patient as the elevator is very slow, and in room hair dryer overheats and shuts off way too fast (45seconds).

The hotel is walkable from Atocha Station and Metro stops, but furthe away from the centre of Madrid. The rooms are ok but basic and with little soundproofing. The front desk staff appeared to be overworked and rushed. The hotel seems to focus mainlly on catering for tour groups.

I chose this hotel based on price and the “4 stars” description. While the location is great, and the lobby was well taken care of, very nice. The hotel room was absolutely terrible. The bed was basically a U shape (sunk in the middle) the shower glass I’m sure it has mold, and the walls of the room seemed to have some sort of leak or humidity problem since the wallpaper was coming off. If I would’ve known these things, i would’ve spent a bit more (maybe $30 more?) to stay in an actual 4 stars hotel. (Plenty in the area). I didn’t ask for a room change since I was there only for a night. As per the staff, they did their job.

The staff had such a pleasant manner. When you are a sole traveler you often feel the emphasis is on tourist groups or conference groups. And safety, the foyer was well supervised.
