호텔 베스트 트리톤

객실 인테리어가 오래된 호텔인게 티났으나 깨끗하게 관리되는 느낌이었어요 ㅎㅎ 하프보드로 어린 아가들과 즐거운 시간 보냈어요~ 엘리베이터가 식당까지 바로 연경 되지 않아서 로비를 통해 조금 걷고 갈아타야했는데 엘리베이터가 좁고 타려는 사람은 많아서 많이 기다려야했네요. 수영장은 하나는 막혀있고 하나는 운영했으나 겨울이라 추워서 아무도 이용하지 않고 비치의자에 누워서 선텐만 즐겼네요. 비치까지가 너무 가깝고 연결되어 있어서 바닷가 나가서 발담그고 지중해 즐기기에 너무 좋았어요. 호텔주차장에 주차했도 하루에 6유로에 이용가능한게 싸고 굿굿이었어요

말라가 해변에 위치해 있습니다. 창 바로 앞에 말라가 해변과 지중해가 보입니다. 오랜된 건물이지만 관리가 깨끗하게 되어 있습니다. 조식부페가 상당히 좋게 나옵니다.

This hotel is generally excellent, what stops it from being outstanding is the time you had to wait for drinks in all bars except the Roof terrace. And the lack and speed of the lifts in the main building. It was not uncommon to have to wait between 8 to 15 mins for the lift to arrive at any floor.

To get a beach towel you have to leave a 10euro deposit to the reception ONLY BY CASH m like we live in the ancient world. Same thing goes for ironing, you have to leave a CASH deposit of 20 e for 2/3hours so you go back and forth to the reception with cash :) ASLO I stayed at the hotel and wanted to enjoy a drink at the rooftop with a friend who lives in the city, we were told thet we can’t because he’s not at the hotel! We were going to pay the drinks of course but it’s not possible. I paid 800e to stay there 4 nights (just my self) and can’t invite a guest to enjoy a drink that we will pay for ?????? Horrible! Overrated! And too crowded! The room weirdly spacious but empty feels like a hospital room. No private beach.

We walked by the hotel over the last couple of years and had always read good reviews, so this time we decided to experience it for ourselves, and we were very pleased. The quality, service, and beauty of the rooms, as well as everything in and around the hotel, exceeded our expectations. The location is one of the best you can get in; very close to the boulevard, beach, and harbor. We enjoyed both the breakfast and the daily dinners offered for a small additional fee. Personally, I was hoping for a bit more variety in the dinner options throughout the week, but overall the food was very good for the price paid. The rooms are spacious, and we especially appreciated the coffee and complimentary drinks/water provided in the room. One small point of feedback would be that the bathroom could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. Overall, we had an amazing time. Thank you to Hotel Best Triton for a wonderful stay!

Impressive experiences while staying a few nights in this beautiful hotel at our most favorite place in Andalusia. Very friendly staff, excellent service and perfect located at the boulevard and beach. Will be back next time!

Only a short stay but couldn’t fault this hotel. Brilliant location just steps to the beach. Modern clean rooms, helpful staff, good food. Will be back!

Très bel hôtel et très belle expérience, je recommande ! Chambres et salles de bains très belles et bien entretenues. L’expérience spa/piscine est super agréable et la piscine extérieure pour enfants avec le bateau et les toboggans est exceptionnelle. Dommage que le restaurant du petit déjeuner ne soit pas en extérieur, c’est agréable et c’est ce qui est recherché par les vacanciers. Attention aux rebords des piscines les surfaces sont très glissants, mon fils est tombé plusieurs fois. Expérience spa très agréable mais le soin n’a duré que 60min (de l’entrée à la sortie) sur les 80 vendues.

Absolutely amazing hotel run by very helpful, friendly staff - very highly recommend

It did start well, overall experience was really good until we changed rooms. We checked out at 11and were told that someone will give us a ring once new room is ready. We got a phone call 2 hrs later and were told we can come to get keys anytime. Got there an hour later, picked up a keys and suitcases from storage room and walked to the room, at the farest end of the hotel. When we opened first door leading to the hallway, we saw lots of unfinished plastering work with cables coming out of the wall but the actual room was ok, just found room numbers still at the bathroom worktops, like the room wasn't completely finished yet. Went down to reception to let them know about it and to ask to clear building materials from hallway. They seemed helpful and told us it will be cleaned on the same day. We went out for a lunch outside the hotel and then spent some time at the rooftop terrace. When we got back to the room, hallway was cleaned but door's key didn't work so had to go back to the reception. They told me they tried to phone me as wanted to advise me about possible noise. They activated room key again, tried to phone traders to confirm that work was finished but couldn't get through. We went back to the room and got ready for a dinner when they called us at 9pm saying we need to move to different room as building work will continue next day, no room upgrade or any other form of compensation for the hassle caused by all this situation. Not a premium experience

2 issues with the room. Reported to reception on 4 occasions in total. They said they would send someone down to fix the issues but they never arrived. There were a lot of complaints from others but the reception staff seemed ambivalent. Otherwise the hotel is fine. It seemed every time we passed reception someone was complaining. It would be easier to fix what are generally small issues.
