Lovely hotel friendly staff

Mainio sijainti. Huoneesta ihana merinäköala. Kylpylä ei ollut kovinkaan erikoinen.

Room upgrade to 8th floor sea view was amazing. All staff were very friendly, helpful & polite Breakfast was plentiful, good choice, Freshly cooked pancakes would have made it perfect

Great rooms, hotel and service. Bit misled by the roof top area only being for ‘premier’ guests. Parking bit steep at €15 a night. No shower/changing facilities for a late flight

This hotel is newly renovated and absolutely beautiful. Every detail for your comfort is within the rooms. It’s a bit unusual in that it is huge and there are absolutely loads of lounge areas but they are also mostly empty and there isn’t an easily accessible open bar during the day. Also we were told on arrival check in was 4 despite being detailed online a 2. We had a wedding to attend so this wasn’t great

De kamers zijn goed maar jammer dat je na enkele maanden na de vernieuwing als veroudering vaststelt. Niet goed afgewerkt door de druk die er wellicht op zat. De tuin rond het zwembad is ok. De gasten laten hun vuilnis slingeren en het hotel ruimt pas 's morgens op. De ligstoelen zijn her en der al wat vuil. Bovenal wel een correct en nieuw hotel.

Great 4 stars hotel, spacious, quiet and ultra confortable bedrooms. Modern bathrooms as well. The swimming pools are super clean, one is more for swimmers, another one for babies and the main one to chill. Overall, everything is still brand new / recently renovated in the property and in the rooms, you can't really complain about anything. Breakfast is quite good (but not amazing), but we've been there for 3 nights, let's say it was enough, as the food was the same every single morning. Staff is friendly as well. We saw a couple of entertainments in the evening, unfortunately it was quite poor I would say. Near the hotel, you'll find many tourist shops and restaurants on the main road along the beach, but besides that, the area doesn't offer any interesting cultural stuff to visit (but it's probably not what people are looking for in that city I guess). The beach in front of the hotel is far from the best, and you have to cross a little path to access it. Also on the - side, we were supper disappointed by the parking fees. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and paid 1.400€ for that. And we still had to add 15€ per day for the parking :s Same for the wellness access... it's an extra cost. At that price range, those kind of services should be included. Overall, the hotel itself is great, brand new and confortable, but at some point it's also missing a bit of a "soul". Good if you want to chill for a couple of days, or if you like the "all inclusive 4 stars" kind of places.

Saimme liikuntarajoitteisen huoneenmlolä sijaitsi kellarissa emmekä ikävä kyllä olleet tyytyväisiä. Meidän matka meni käytännössä pilalle tämän myötä. Otimme viimeisen yön hotellilta suoraan, tämä meni huomattavasti paremmin.

Samen met een vriendin hier vier nachten geslapen. We hebben zo genoten. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.

The hotel is perfect for families. Lots of kids animations and a great pirate bath.

Clean, new hotel in a top location. Very friendly and ambitious staff. The guests are a well-balanced mix of Europeans, mostly from Spain, England, the Netherlands, Germany, and Denmark. The premium package is definitely worth it, as it grants access to an additional restaurant where things are much quieter. All restaurants offer a varied buffet with live cooking. The food is generally good, but there’s room for improvement. Drinks are not included with half board in the evening but are reasonably priced. At breakfast, drinks are included. Unfortunately, sun loungers at the pools become scarce on weekends, and queues start forming about an hour before they open (at 10 a.m.). The pools are closed before 10 a.m. – which is actually a good rule. The beach directly in front of the hotel is average, but the area north of the harbor is excellent. The surroundings are perfect for excursions, boat trips, and dining out. A direct bus into the city stops right in front of the hotel. I can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book it again.

Very large hotel, not much for your buck. Struggled to find a sunbed. Miserable staff, not interested in helping and bar staff even worse. I would say 3 star hotel and we are thankful to only be staying one night. It’s right near the marina though so good location. Pools x 3 no adult only pool so if you’re looking for relaxation don’t book this

Immaculate property with really helpfull and freindly staff

Big hotel, never felt busy apart from the pools. Good location, access to the promenade through the grounds. Great choice for breakfast
