호텔 엘 카스텔

숙박시설은 노후되었고 엘레베이터소리에 잠을 잘수 없을 정도로 시끄럽고 복도방음이 잘 안됨. 드라이기는 오랜된 쇠로 된것이라 화상위험이 있고 난방이 잘 안됨. 호텔이 높은곳에 있어 주변식당과는 등산을 해야함

Everything was good except I could not use the internet properly in my room, I was here for conference and that was a big problem for me it was here for 3 days and I reported the problem but they just couldn't fix it.

The room was nothing like advertised, bed was small to the point that at 5'8 my feet were hanging off the bed not to mention it was hard as a rock, the fridge didnt work and the safe didnt even have a key. There was 0 sound proofing between rooms. You could hear the door to the elevator slam shut no matter what floor it was on throughout the night so we did not sleep at all. There was children screaming past midnight in the terrace area and the staff did nothing to quiet them down. We booked this hotel and splurged a bit as it was our last night in Barcelona and i regret not asking them to put us up at another hotel

First, property is very dated. Next, it has not been updated since probably the 1980s. Flooring was terrible in our room and we had a nasty dirty throw rug over the floor. When I took it up, because of fear of tripping the floor was in horrble condition. Rust in the shower and just overall worn and dirty hotel.

Habitacion muy limpia, solo falta mas jabones

Desk staff man was very un-friendly and barely said 2 words. Safe nice neighborhood but at the top of a steep hill. Be prepared to hike down and up. Rooms are charming but not fully modern. No coffee pot but a cold fridge was included. Great views out of windows.

Staff don’t even say good morning a the front desk , Hotel is clean, beds crunch every move,people make so much noise , I just could not rest, would not come back , and I do not recommend not even for one night .

El personal la verdad que deja mucho qué desear. Es un trato casi indiferente para su huésped. El internet es inexistente, nunca pudimos utilizarlo, por lo que tampoco tuvimos televisión o entretenimiento.

Everyone was friendly and decent view of the city

L hôtel est très bien placé à seulement 20 minutes du centre de Barcelone c'est un havre de paix très agréable. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Seul point négatif les chambres mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement.

The property needs reconditioning.

Beautiful location with wonderful views. It could use some renovation. Otherwise it was clean, big bathroom. No Airport shuttle, but only about 10 min from airport by taxi.

Close to town with free self parking!

Food was great.. and fresh.
