호텔 그란 솔 이비사

워낙에 좋은 평가들을 많이 받았던 호텔이라.. 저는 실망스러웠습니다. 좋은 점들은 이미 있기에 개선할 점 몇가지만 지적하겠습니다. 1. 리셉션 데스크에 있던 직원들(여자 두명)이 아주 불친절했습니다. 그 얼굴의 표정과 말투.. 동양인이어서 이러한 태도를 취하는 것인지.. 첫날 체크인부터 매우 불쾌해서 휴가를 망치는듯한 기분을 느꼈습니다. 보통은 체크인시 여권을 스캔하고 바로 주는데, 무슨 이유인지는 모르나 체크아웃시까지 제 여권을 돌려주지 않았습니다. 호텔측 데스크에 구비된 이비자 보트파티들의 정보가 최신화되지 않아, 하루치 일정의 보트파티를 통째로 날려버렸고 클럽의 이용권 구매시 또한 윽박지르는듯한 말투로 결제를 할 것인지 말 것인지, 서비스업에 종사하는 사람의 태도라고는 말할 수 없었고 체크아웃시에도 카드이용기가 고장나(?) 저에게 수수료가 붙는 ATM기에서 현금을 인출할 것을 종용하더군요.. 그 외에도 매일 같이 새로 비치되는 샴푸와 샤워젤 등 3박의 기간동안 처음 온 날 제공된 딱 하루의 어메니티를 사용했고.. 수건 교체도 매번 깜빡해 제가 샤워시마다 매번 데스크에 가서 수건을 가지고 온 기억이 있습니다. 이런저런 것 다 차치하고서, 데스크 직원의 태도에서 이 호텔은 빵점도 모자라 마이너스 점수를 주고싶네요. 동양인들은 가지 마세요.. 휴가 첫날부터 기분 상합니다.

Für uns war alles perfekt. Essen ,für ein 3 Sterne, sehr gut. Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Zimmer waren sauber, eine Erneuerung des Mobiliar wäre demnächst evtl. nicht verkehrt. Kleine Badebucht in der nähe und viele Bars/Restaurants. Über öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln können wir nichts sagen da wie ein Mietauto hatten .Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze in begrenzter Anzahl. Reservierung nicht möglich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

The hotel was execeptionally clean and rooms were a nice size. Bar staff were friendly and helpful as was the front desk. Would recommend staying here based on value, cleanliness and convenience.

I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there next time. The room and facilities are immaculate and the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The area is great with many bars and restaurants and beach within walking distance. The pool and bar downstairs are also fun hangout spots if you want to stay in. Taxi stand right outside the hotel. We had a wonderful time there!

Super clean hôtel and not far from the main strip if that’s what you want. Lady on reception was lovely and really helpful. Everything super clean and good choice at breakfast. Downside, not much; one of the male bar staff was rude and not friendly at all. Second downside, you can’t take anything out of restaurant, not taking food is fine but not being allowed to take a coffee out on the terrace area is a bit tight.

Hotel molto pulito. Colazione e cena a buffet, molto ricca. Ampio parcheggio sul retro dell’hotel!

Wirklich gerne wieder! Sehr netter Service, wirklich saubere Zimmer. Waren nun in 3 Hotels mit Frühstück.. Qualität war bei diesem auf jeden Fall das Beste.. Preis-Leistung passt hier

Really love this hotel. Let me check in 4 hours early, very clean room, awesome location, cheap drinks and food, fabulous staff. Not only that if your flight is late and you check out at 12 you get to use a locker for free, all of the facilities and a shower and changing area to get you ready for the journey to the airport. Will definitely be staying here again!

I loved this property, it's a 15 minute walk from the town center which is my only negative take away. Otherwise staff and facilities were great

Trato inmejorable de todo el personal y estancia agradable. Parquing gratuito y servicio bastantes servicios cerca del hotel.

We loved the staff. In the restaurant and the bar. Friendly and hard workers. The tables and public areas are very clean...and i am a fussy person about this. Toilets also very clean. Very comfortable beds. Our kids 14 and 10 had an amazing time in the poolarea. Simple but filled with different floaties and a pooltable in the garden. Reataurants are just a short walk alway and also a small beach. Higly recommend this hotel for a family friendly hotel
