워낙에 좋은 평가들을 많이 받았던 호텔이라.. 저는 실망스러웠습니다. 좋은 점들은 이미 있기에 개선할 점 몇가지만 지적하겠습니다. 1. 리셉션 데스크에 있던 직원들(여자 두명)이 아주 불친절했습니다. 그 얼굴의 표정과 말투.. 동양인이어서 이러한 태도를 취하는 것인지.. 첫날 체크인부터 매우 불쾌해서 휴가를 망치는듯한 기분을 느꼈습니다. 보통은 체크인시 여권을 스캔하고 바로 주는데, 무슨 이유인지는 모르나 체크아웃시까지 제 여권을 돌려주지 않았습니다. 호텔측 데스크에 구비된 이비자 보트파티들의 정보가 최신화되지 않아, 하루치 일정의 보트파티를 통째로 날려버렸고 클럽의 이용권 구매시 또한 윽박지르는듯한 말투로 결제를 할 것인지 말 것인지, 서비스업에 종사하는 사람의 태도라고는 말할 수 없었고 체크아웃시에도 카드이용기가 고장나(?) 저에게 수수료가 붙는 ATM기에서 현금을 인출할 것을 종용하더군요.. 그 외에도 매일 같이 새로 비치되는 샴푸와 샤워젤 등 3박의 기간동안 처음 온 날 제공된 딱 하루의 어메니티를 사용했고.. 수건 교체도 매번 깜빡해 제가 샤워시마다 매번 데스크에 가서 수건을 가지고 온 기억이 있습니다. 이런저런 것 다 차치하고서, 데스크 직원의 태도에서 이 호텔은 빵점도 모자라 마이너스 점수를 주고싶네요. 동양인들은 가지 마세요.. 휴가 첫날부터 기분 상합니다.

Fabulous value for money. High quality finish in the room and other areas of the hotel. Well stocked breakfast.

Was really good overall, nothing to complain about, bar and pool area are great, not too busy. Rooms are beautifully air conditioned.

I loved this hotel. It was a bit noisy a few times when the people in the next room decided to party really loudly. I didn't complain, so I can't blame the hotel staff. The hotel was lovely, breakfast was always well presented and a good selection. It is close to the beach which was well within walking distance and San Antionio just a 15 min walk away or a short 5 minute taxi ride. I would recommend this hotel, and would definately think about booking again.

The workers and breakfast were amazing

Ottimo hotel, di recente costruzione, molto pulito; ottimo il parcheggio privato (parzialmente coperto) data la difficoltà a trovare parcheggio in città. Personale molto gentile e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema o dare consigli sul soggiorno ad Ibiza. Curato in ogni dettaglio, ad esempio hanno messo a disposizione ombrelloni da portare in spiaggia, lasciati da precedenti ospiti; oppure ci sono armadietti con serratura per il deposito bagagli in attesa di lasciare la struttura (ottimo il check-out a mezzogiorno!). Super consigliato.

Gute Lage in Sant Antony, Frühstück und Zimmer waren gut. Sehr viel Liegefläche am Pool. Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Minha hospedagem no Gran Sol superou as minhas expectativas. Ele é muito bem localizado , perto das melhores praias , ao lado do Calçadão para ver o pôr do sol , estacionamento sem cobranças , café da manhã muito variado . Recomendo a meia pensão , o jantar era um buffet bem variado, com produtos de alta qualidade , sobremesas gostosas . Com certeza retornaria a me hospedar !

Wir hatten als Paar einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Gran Sol. Es gibt wirklich keine negativen Punkte zum Hotel zu finden. Positive Punkte: - Großes Zimmer - große bequeme Bett mit drei verschiedenen Kissen(weich, hart) - großes Bad/Dusche mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten - Balkon mit Meerblick/Sonnenuntergang - Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer. Auch wenn ein Kissen schmutzig war, wurde der Bezug getauscht. Handtücher täglich frisch. - großer 55'' Fernseher mit vielen Möglichkeiten wie Netflix-Anmeldung, Prime- Anmeldung, Mirroring von Laptop/Handy - Kühlschrank im Zimmer, der sogar leise war - Klimaanlage - schnelles Internet - großer abgesicherter Parkplatz, dessen Tor man mit der Zimmerkarte öffnen konnte. Alle Parkplätze überdacht. Nebenan wäre auch ein öffentlicher großer Parkplatz. - Top Lage in San Antoni: viele Supermärkte, Sonnenuntergangs-Spots, Fitness-Studio, Kino, Restaurants, ...

High standard hotel near the promenade and beach

My stay was perfect, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, spacious and had a kettle and fridge which is just what I needed. The hotel is clean and modern. Close to shops, sunset strip and beach. The bar and restaurant had a great range of drinks and meals of good quality and reasonable price. Without a doubt on my next trip to Ibiza I will stay here again. Thank you so much Hotel Grand Sol.

Acho que merecia ser 4 estrelas. Excelente o café da manhã e a janta. Um custo benefício sem igual. Simplesmente maravilhoso.

Lovely quiet hotel near to all amenities. All staff i met were super helpful. I was a solo traveller staying B&B. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time i was there. The breakfast selection was wide and the quality was very good.

Fantastic place

Excellent hotel lovely staff,rooms and very nice pool area. Just a minute walk from the promenade which takes you into the port. The area is relaxed and quite at this time of the year. The food was very good with an excellent choice for breakfast comfortably beds and a great shower, we had a lovely side view of the sea. We would definitely stay here again
