말로만 듣던 바퀴벌레를 발견했어요 다행히 컴플레인이 받아들여져서 방을 바꿔주셨어요 하지만 바꿔주누방에서도 벌레가 나왔어여~ ㅠㅠ

I will try to stay as objective as possible, because it has one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. We booked three rooms. Service: One of the rooms smelled strongly of wastewater. We complained, and the only option offered was a smaller downgrade room. Unfortunately, that room also smelled (though not as severely). Since management was absent and the hotel was fully booked, the receptionist could only provide that solution. She mentioned that Valencia has pipe issues. As a compensation, they offered free breakfast (which I did not use or care for) along with the downgrade. The receptionist and maintenance staff were polite and tried to help, but they were not equipped or supported by management. Service rating: 1/5 (one point only for their kindness). Problem resolution rating: 0/5. Facilities: The building was separate from the main reception, requiring check-in elsewhere. Lobby lights switched off automatically if you sat still. Rooms looked decent at first glance, but the wastewater odor ruined the experience. The other two rooms (out of three) were fine. Location: Excellent location. No complaints here. Cleanliness: The rooms were clean overall, aside from the odor and some dust in the vents. Noise Levels: Very noisy. In the downgrade room, I could clearly hear the street noise. This could be improved. Air Conditioning: It's okay. Could be better. Lower temp is 68 degrees farenheit. Overall: There are better options in the location. Do not book here.

We had problems with the wifi, it didn’t work.

Unterkunft war gebau wie beschrieben. Wir waren sehr begeistert und zufrieden. Zimmer war sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet.

Infelizmente nao foi tao bom como da primeira vez. Nosso lençol estava "furado" (não é o que se espera de um hotel), o ar condicionado desarmava durante a noite (aparentemente tinha um timer), e no ultimo dia da estadia o nosso quarto foi tomado por um cheiro de cigarro forte vindo do corredor, que percebemos desde o elevador e impregnou o nosso banheiro, provavelmente pelo sistema de exaustão. Uma pena, o hotel tem potencial e excelente ponto, essa é a segunda vez que me hospedei lá inclusive. Mas gostaria de destacar a cordialidade do atendimento da recepção.

The hotel was wonderful. Our flight was delayed and the staff were great about our late arrival. My husband’s bag was also delayed and the Reception staff were very supportive about helping us to get it delivered to the hotel. Lovely room with a little balcony overlooking a quiet street. Great location! Recommend having a Mojito at Cool - the small bar across the road from Hotel SH Ingles (Reception). Also, some great restaurants in the area - we loved the food at Espurnes. Great place to stay!

Right in the heart of Valencia. Easy to walk almost anywhere you wanted to see. Room was clean and spacious, had 3 terraces. Air conditioning worked well, fridge in room, comfortable bed and a safe location. Priced well based on comparable options, would definitely stay here again!

Todo muy bien

I enjoyed my small suite as the size was just right and there were places to sit besides the bed. The bathroom was also very well designed. The location was very central to the places to visit. I really liked the breakfast too.

This property was in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was it was hard to find the reception area, which was around the block..better instructions ahead of time would help.

Struttura recentemente ristrutturata e molto ben arredata. Si trova in un palazzo separato dall’albergo principale (comunque molto vicino) privo di reception e bar/ristorante, infatti il check in/out va eseguito lì. Posizione ottima e tranquilla.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Saubere und große Zimmer. Rumdum sehr zufrieden.

Das Hotel befindet sich in super Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber u d jeden tag gereinigt. Das einzige was mor nicht gefallen hat ist das mann nicht direkt da rezeption hat sondern in ein paar meter weiter ligendes Hotel.

Zentral gelegen und in unmittelbarer Nähe von tollen Lokalen und Boutiquen.

Incredible location. Truly super close to the heart of downtown Valencia. You can easily walk to the Central Market, Cathedral and all the main sights to see. Nice breakfast buffet with great service. Probably one of the best check in experiences I’ve had, Rosa was so helpful. Room was spacious, nicely decorated in fresh, villa style. Just be aware that there is a separate location for Suite Palace and Ingles, with the former being separate from the main lobby and restaurant.
