We had a brilliant 7-night stay here in October. Everything was perfect, starting with the lobby which is gorgeous. It’s such a relaxing property - I was looking for a resort holiday, but didn’t want to stay too far from the old town, and this was perfect. You’re a 10-15 min walk to Puerto Banus where you can catch the catamaran ferry into the old town (or a 10 min taxi from the hotel itself). As for day trips, it was only a one hour drive to both Ronda and Gibraltar. As everyone has already said, the food is great - we did half-board and there was always something new! There were some dishes we only saw once in our week-long stay so you are guaranteed a good variety (I was hoping to have more pianonos but didn’t see them every day lol). The staff was friendly, and an extra shout out to Zamora who impressed us with his charm and elegance! Really a fab trip, I highly recommend this hotel..

My wife and I stayed at your hotel for 6 nights. The overall impression is quite okay, although already a bit worn. The quality and offerings of the restaurant delighted us. We had a junior suite on the top floor. We thought we would be able to sleep peacefully at night and have a relaxing holiday. We were wrong; every evening there was live music playing at a very high volume between 9:00 pm and 10:30 pm, after which the noise from the bar continued late into the night. We were very disappointed. We slept poorly every night, the holiday was not successful and in no way met our expectations.

Hotel is amazing. Staff are beyond excellent. Food on property is excellent. 200 meters Walk to Puerto Banus. Can’t be any better. Love the place

The property was very good, in a nice location about 20 mins walk from PB Marina, a very good dept store in PB El Corte Ingles. Plenty of restaurants there too. The service in the hotel was very good and the waiting staff for the buffet were very helpful and approachable. One thing we did complain about was that some Dauphinois Potatoes were labelled as vegetarian, they actually had diced pork in them. We were very upset as my wife had some and she is a vegetarian. This is really unacceptable what if a Muslim were to have this? We took it as far as the manager but apart from saying sorry they didn’t seem that interested apart from saying they had policies in place about food labelling. Well they are not very good. This was only one instance of this and the food is of a great range and quality. The only other area was that the pool was quite cold, surprising at the end of a summer? The hotel is very nice, we made use of the Spa which was good, the gym is well equipped and the indoor areas are great. They even had small ponds with small turtles and Koi carp in inside the building. In the room a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and also the night before leaving. Nighttime sweets on the pillow. The nighttime entertainment at the hotel was not great and occasionally there are activities in the pool during the day and they do play loud music sometimes. Would I go again? Yes definitely, I would have a room with a terrace though. Much more private and quite with great views.

Great fascilities, friendly staff and great breakfast.

I reserved a 600 sq ft room and a room 300 sq ft, half the size. The setup up of the room is not family oriented with bathrooms with no doors

fantastic stay!

Nice hotel, great heated swimming pool. Only disappointing part was that we found it a bit misleading to advertise a hotel as “for adults” without meaning adults only. There were a lot of screaming kids jumping in the pool every day
