This hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in an ideal location—everything you need is within walking distance, including Puerto Banús, and it’s only about a 10-minute drive to the Old Town. A special thank you to Patricia, the manager, who truly made our stay exceptional. She was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay. I will definitely be coming back!

This is an excellent hotel extremely well located ideal for all types of people and age ages. The staff were excellent particularly the waiting staff and bar staff. The pool area was immaculately clean. Great gym and Spa. Highly recommend a hot tub room!

We have a lovely welcome by staff as we arrived and they offered us any drink on arrival, this was a great gesture. Our room was lovely, we were upgraded to a suite which was very well received. Breakfast was very nice and a god choice of options. The person who checked me in was great, she explained all the facilities and offered us a special discounted rate for dinner for 2 nights. There were a few minor points, the signage for the Spa could be better as we had to ask some of the cleaning staff which way to go. The Spa was a very nice. However, I would strongly recommend this Hotel to add hairdryers in their changing rooms because another guest came into the sauna (fully clothed) to dry their hair, leaving the door open during this time. I complained and asked staff to get this guest a hairdryer, they replied they didn’t have one. I was using the Spa area - I didn’t appreciate this. We had a brilliant 7-night stay here in October. Everything was perfect, starting with the lobby which is gorgeous. It’s such a relaxing property - I was looking for a resort holiday, but didn’t want to stay too far from the old town, and this was perfect. You’re a 10-15 min walk to Puerto Banus where you can catch the catamaran ferry into the old town (or a 10 min taxi from the hotel itself). As for day trips, it was only a one hour drive to both Ronda and Gibraltar. As everyone has already said, the food is great - we did half-board and there was always something new! There were some dishes we only saw once in our week-long stay so you are guaranteed a good variety (I was hoping to have more pianonos but didn’t see them every day lol). The staff was friendly, and an extra shout out to Zamora who impressed us with his charm and elegance! Really a fab trip, I highly recommend this hotel..

My wife and I stayed at your hotel for 6 nights. The overall impression is quite okay, although already a bit worn. The quality and offerings of the restaurant delighted us. We had a junior suite on the top floor. We thought we would be able to sleep peacefully at night and have a relaxing holiday. We were wrong; every evening there was live music playing at a very high volume between 9:00 pm and 10:30 pm, after which the noise from the bar continued late into the night. We were very disappointed. We slept poorly every night, the holiday was not successful and in no way met our expectations.

The property was very good, in a nice location about 20 mins walk from PB Marina, a very good dept store in PB El Corte Ingles. Plenty of restaurants there too. The service in the hotel was very good and the waiting staff for the buffet were very helpful and approachable. One thing we did complain about was that some Dauphinois Potatoes were labelled as vegetarian, they actually had diced pork in them. We were very upset as my wife had some and she is a vegetarian. This is really unacceptable what if a Muslim were to have this? We took it as far as the manager but apart from saying sorry they didn’t seem that interested apart from saying they had policies in place about food labelling. Well they are not very good. This was only one instance of this and the food is of a great range and quality. The only other area was that the pool was quite cold, surprising at the end of a summer? The hotel is very nice, we made use of the Spa which was good, the gym is well equipped and the indoor areas are great. They even had small ponds with small turtles and Koi carp in inside the building. In the room a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and also the night before leaving. Nighttime sweets on the pillow. The nighttime entertainment at the hotel was not great and occasionally there are activities in the pool during the day and they do play loud music sometimes. Would I go again? Yes definitely, I would have a room with a terrace though. Much more private and quite with great views.
