We have spend our Summer holidays last week of August in Mallorca and we couldn't have better hotel than Iberostar Waves Alcudia Park. In your first step off the hotel you are in the beach! The facilities are quite good, the room is not big but you have room enough for what it is, and good swimming pool size. The food is amazing, and the staff is awesome. From the bar in the pool, with Maite, Laura and Sebastian (great coffee), to the entertainment team (Andres is an amazing entertainer and host, always cheering up to get us enjoying our time; also Andres and the rest of the team. The best of any hotel we went). The buffet at the restaurant is really good quality. Every day you have a theme (Spanish tapas, Mexican, sushi, ...), and they care for you to be comfortable all the time (Brian treats you like you are a VIP).
My teenagers said that it was the better holidays they ever had :) !
We are really thinking to book here again for next year. No doubt!

Super close to the beach. Shallow and so kid friendly. Had floatie toys that were donated to the resort available to the guests.
Pool chairs got taken really quick. Kid pool is great.
Food options are good but only the buffet and the BBQ restaurant available. BBQ restaurant was good.

Service was eager to help and friendly but issues needed to be raised several times before anyone solved them. The noise level in their most silent prestige wing was unacceptable. It is more about distracting animations than about good accommodation. Experience was other than the friendly staff, horrible.

If you are looking for an all inclusive / family resort vacation, this is a great pick. We dedicated four nights for my kids to be fully entertained. The hotel had wonderful entertainment for kids of all ages, and it starts at breakfast and ends at night after the great theater shows. The water slides kept them busy all day and the beach was lovely. We really enjoyed the calm water and sand bar in the mornings.
The rooms were spacious and clean. The common grounds were well maintained and cleaned often. The pool could have used more frequent cleaning but being by the beach and so many kids, it’s expected. The tiles surrounding the pools were very slippery when wet and kids were slipping often.
Food was above average for an all inclusive. I appreciate the two snack / lunch options that were easy to get when wet / quick. Dinner “restaurant” options could have been better but again- for a trip for kids it was great and they have the best time!
Staff were really friendly - specially the kids and entertainment crew. The front desk was very helpful and kind.

Hotel and beach are wonderful. We were able to find parking nearby each day and the half-board was 100% worth it. The A/C in our room did seem to struggle to keep up but we’re glad to have something. Housekeeping and the ability to fill up our water bottles each day were also great.

Fint hotel med super beliggenhet på Muro stranden ved Alcudia. Vi var to mødre med tenåringsgutter i familie rom med sjøutsikt. Rommet kunne vært større. Men, godt med skapplass, bra bad med rainshower og stor balkong er pluss! Veldig rent og pent. Bra vask av rommet hver dag. Effektive heiser. Lydløs aircon 👍 Bra buffet med god mat, veldig rent og ordentlig tross mye mennesker. Utrolig hyggelige ansatte i alle deler av hotellet. Vi storkoste oss.

Lo primero a destacar es la atención de todo el personal. Camareros, animación, check in, absolutamente todos super cálidos y dispuestos a brindarte lo mejor. Luego la comida y bebidas, de primer nivel. Las habitaciones muy lindas y espaciosas. A pie de playa, en Playa de Muro, mar cálido y sereno ideal para familias. Es un hotel 10/10. Volveremos sin dudas.

Essen gut, bisschen mehr Abwechslung wäre schön, gefühlt wiederholt sich alles nach 3 Tagen. Sauber, Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Pool schön, aber viel zu wenig Sonnenliegen für die Anzahl an Menschen. Wenn man keiner dieser mögen um 9 gleich ne liege blockieren Typen ist, dann hat man keine Chance. Animation okay, Abendprogramm auf der Bühne mit guten Ansätzen allerdings eher so semiprofessionell. Schöner Strand direkt am Hotel.

The service was amazing! Some things could be improved: dishes and cutlery were almost always dirty and sticky, the tables and chairs weren’t always cleaned either, especially if you’re not dining at opening. We always cleaned before dining.
It’s very loud in the room (windows are not sound proof) and blackout curtains leave a huge margin and let light in A LOT!
But we really loved our stay, the staff, it’s super baby friendly so we would definitely come back.

Check-in was very easy and the hotel was very clean. We were to receive a mini bar in our room and asked for it 3 times-it was never delivered. There are drinks that are part of the all-inclusive but the better known liquor was charged extra. We are good with kids but we could never get a seat at the main pool due to the large number of kids. Food was ok. Staff at the sports bar were extremely nice and helpful thank you David & Virginia!! The only sit down restaurant was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Beach was nice but a public beach. The vendors were pushy and rude when rejected.
