Hotellet får 5/5! 🌟 Kommunikationen fungerade inte riktigt mellan mig och hotellet innan vi anlände och det uppstod en situation men den löste personalen i receptionen mycket bra. Vi valde all inclusive. Maten var jättebra! Varierad och fräsch. Rummet var fint, sängen jätteskön. Mycket uppmärksam och serviceminded personal överallt. Lite stress kring solstolarna, som det tyvärr och sannolikt är på de flesta hotell. Montse på rooftopen var en stjärna :) Älskade att nyckeln till rummet samt all inclusive ”satt” i ett armband. Himla smidigt! Sammanfattningsvis var vår vistelse på hotellet en otroligt positiv upplevelse! ➖Hotels.com som bokningssida får ett stort minus! 1/5. Är Guld medlem och det var tydlig VIP Acess på hotellet när jag bokade men ingen av den informationen når hotellen?? Dvs det jag tror är en fördel när jag tittar på Hotel.com är värt absolut NOLL. Ringde och pratade med Hotels.com innan avresa och fick en ointresserad person i luren som bara hänvisade till några regler. Men det är just det jag är mycket missnöjd med - falsk marknadsföring då ”fördelarna” jag ska kunna få inte känns vid av hotellen jag bokar. Kommer att ta det vidare och byter bokningssida framöver. Men som sagt - Hotellet var super 🌟

Great location great service, and amazing beach

Hotel perfeito para tipo família com all inclusive bem servido de ótimo café da manhã, almoço e jantar. Já as bebidas pouquíssimas variedade. Atendentes mto simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos . Ótima estadia

Located on the beach, good location and a great resort. Would be nice if pool was temperature controlled as it was too cold to get in even in June.

Es ist ein schönes Familienhotel. Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer sauber.

Super séjour en famille . Piscine trop froide malheureusement on dirait que la piscine était refroidie . Piscine intérieure vraiment pas agréable non plus . À part ça vrai paradis pour les enfants avec les animations , le stand de crêpe glacé ouvert toute la journée le kids club! La plage magnifique ! On reviendra sûrement !

Travelled here with my family. Overall it was a good stay, but be advised it is PACKED with children, mostly younger (under 5). The included breakfast was great, rooms were clean, and overall good. Parking was difficult, but free (street parking only). Beach in front of the hotel was really great! I would recommend this location if you are the type of family that likes to just stay on the hotel grounds and make use of your all inclusive things. If you have a little older kids, and like to explore other sites on the island, I would probably not recommend this hotel. Oh. And whoever the pool guys are, they need a raise :) I maintain my own pool at home and have no idea how they keep this water so CLEAN with hundreds of kids going in and out every day! Same thing with the buffet cleaning staff...they do an amazing job keeping that area tidy. So if management is reading this, give those people a bonus!

Een zeer fijne uitvalsbasis. De kamer werd ontzettend goed schoon gehouden. Tip: laat de schoonmaakster iets later de kamers schoonmaken. Ze stond soms al om 09:00 bij de deur. Het eten was heerlijk. Elke dag een andere thema. Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk.

On arrival staff were very welcoming and friendly. very responsive to your needs. Extra pillows and baby bath provided. The filtered water provided was a bonus! Entertainment and activites for all the family all day long. Literally right on the beach and the pool was amazing! We were half board and the food was amazing with a good range of variety everyday. All in all this was a great stay for families.

Amazing food, near the beach and fantastic activities for the kids

We had a wonderful stay in a family room with a pool view. The property was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the activities were great fun for the whole family. The staff were all very friendly, but we want to give a special mention to Jessy. She did an amazing job and always kept our room perfectly clean and organized. It was such a pleasure to come back to a tidy room every day! Highly recommended for a perfect family holiday!

Sauberes Zimmer, alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, Kinderspielbereich war in Ordnung

Chambre propre et moderne, tout comme l'hôtel. Buffet varié et bon. Principe du bracelet au lieu d'une carte ou d'une clé au top ( ouverture porte, paiement,....). Le fait d'avoir une fontaine à eau près des chambres est aussi une bonne idée. Seul bémol, la limite entre la demi pension et le all inclusive est trop facilement franchisable, ce qui n'est pas très correcte pour les gens qui le respect. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à côté de la plage, de magasins, de resto et d'un arrêt de bus.
