위치는 대성당 같은 관광 스팟에서 걸어서 20분 정도 거리에 있습니다. 한적한 주택가에 있기 때문에 처음에는 밤에 호텔로 돌아올 때 위험할 수 있겠다고 생각했지만 사람들이 밤에도 많이 다니기 때문에 괜찮았어요. 그리고 동네가 조용해서 좋고요. 방은 꽤 컸고 깔끔했어요. 조식도 만족스러웠습니다. 무엇보다도 이 호텔의 큰 장점은 직원들이 참 친절하다는 점입니다. 합리적인 가격의 좋은 호텔이에요!

전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 세비야 시내 중심은 아니지만 걸어서 20분 안에 대성당까지 갈 수 있고, 버스로는 10분정도 가서 걸어 갈수 있습니다. 세비야 자체가 대중교통으로 중심은 못다니기 때문에 걸어서 다녀야하므로 외곽이지만 괜찮습니다. 시내 중심은 아니기 때문에 주변이 조용하고 근처에 로컬 식당들이 많아 좋습니다. 어매니티는 기본은 다 있으나 면도기가 없어 마트에서 따로 샀네요. 방은 넓은데 샤워장이 좁은 면이 있어 참고 하시면 될 것 같습니다.

1월에 2박했습니다. 객실도 깨끗하고 직원분이 너무 친절하게 알려주셔서 즐겁게 여행할 수 있었어요. 조식도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 세비아에 대한 좋은 인상을 받게 되었습니다.

This is a lovely hotel in a slightly run down area of Seville - around 20 mins walk to the main sites. The hotel itself is very clean with large rooms and a lovely pool terrace with amazing views over the city. The staff were very friendly and Chris in particular was very helpful with local information and recommendations. There are a number of nice tapas bars within easy walking distance of the hotel and the area feels safe to walk around.

We had a great stay here, the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable few days. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It’s not right in the city centre, which might not suit families with very young children, but that was actually a big plus for us. We really enjoyed the pleasant 15-minute walk into the main city. It meant the area was quieter and less busy, which made for a much more relaxing stay. The only small thing I’d mention is that the toiletries weren’t refilled during our stay. We had enough, but by the end we were running low, and the daily cleaning could have been a bit more thorough — for example, a used water glass wasn’t replaced. I’m sure if we’d mentioned it, the staff would have sorted it straight away, but ideally it would have been done automatically. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for couples or adults looking for a peaceful base near the city.

It was so noisy that I did not sleep the 3 nights I was there and I was there for my birthday. The hotel staff suggested I move rooms but why would I do that halfway through my stay? They should have moved the guests making noise until 2am. Beware if you are staying beneath someone else as there is no soundproofing

On arrival and departure Paula was excellent, providing great customer service and helped throughout the stay too. Bar staff was very good too.

Very clean hotel and all staff were very accommodating, nothing was a problem to them. They keep their hotel neat and tidy and it all results in a satisfying stay for their guests. The ultimate test is would we return(?) ... and in this case the answer is most definitely.

It was about a 20 minute walk from the central section of town where all of the monuments are, but still had a robust nightlife. Staff was excellent and attentive. Breakfast buffet was better than average.

Considering this hotel is a 4 star it as a bit disappointing. Location is very good, yet the room and bathroom are just ok, I would advise a bit of refurbishing and refreshing, nothing dirty though. However, a terrible service: my colleague is non smoker, yet he was told his room was smelling cigarettes and that the cleaning lady had found cigarettes in his luggage. He was asked 230 euros to be able to enter his room again. Had to be discussed with the Director. Unbelievable and first time ever in 20 years of business travel.
