Monte Triana

Considering this hotel is a 4 star it as a bit disappointing. Location is very good, yet the room and bathroom are just ok, I would advise a bit of refurbishing and refreshing, nothing dirty though. However, a terrible service: my colleague is non smoker, yet he was told his room was smelling cigarettes and that the cleaning lady had found cigarettes in his luggage. He was asked 230 euros to be able to enter his room again. Had to be discussed with the Director. Unbelievable and first time ever in 20 years of business travel.

Veldig god service fra både rengjøringspersonalet, de ansatte i baren og de som jobbet i resepsjonen. Egen kaffemaskin med to gratis kapsler per dag. De som jobbet i resepsjonen og baren, snakket utmerket engelsk og ga også gode tips om hvor man kunne få gode matopplevelser. Fint rom, og nydelig utsikt fra bassenget.

The staff were exremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and then onwards into the city of sevilla. The pool was a highlight and the value for money was excellent.

Very nice hotel, with super smiling, helpful staff. Nice location for walking in to see the sights but also lots of places to eat close by.

We had a really good experience staying at this hotel. The service was great, so was the pool and gym. The AC was not the best when it was 40C outside, but you could also borrow a fan

Overall safe city and convenient location

The staff were exceptional and really made us feel important and welcome. The hotel was beautiful, and it seemed that everyone there took pride in their work. Can't recommend highly enough.

The hotel staff are really lovely, friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself is nice if a little dated and the rooms could be upgraded, the flooring was chipped and walls were marked. Rooms could do with a deep clean particularly around the skirting boards and the grout in the shower. While the room was serviced daily, my sheets weren’t changed during my 5 nights and the floor in the bathroom never looked like it was hoovered properly. The pool area is nice but the sun loungers are really uncomfortable and it lacked atmosphere. Would be lovely if they played some music (I understand this may not be possible as there were residential apartments nearby). Would be great if they also offered food options at the pool area. You also have to pay for a towel to use at the pool which is just completely unnecessary at a 4 star hotel (it’s only €1.50 but you need to pay it for each time you want a clean towel) The lobby is like a bachelor pad from the 90’s, gives Patrick Bateman vibes. Overall it was a lovely stay, the location is great, Triana is beautiful and easily walkable into Seville centre.

You notice immediately when you get into the reception, you relax. Service and friendliness of the reception staff were great. The gym was one of the better hotel gyms I have been to with plenty of space- remember to ask the to turn on the AC 😉. The hotel pool is very nice and a must in the heat. A nice neighbourhood with a short walk to grocery stores and a big shopping centre. We did not get breakfast and opted to buy from the grocery shop. There is a decent fridge in the room. Stayed here during the European Masters in handball and could not recommend it enough. Easy to get to the city centre and nice restaurants nearby

¡Ha sido mi primera vez en este hotel y no será la última! He podido disfrutar de la maravillosa piscina y su terraza. El personal de recepción y del bar de la azotea es muy amable y servicial, sin duda ellos son lo mejor del hotel. La habitación estaba muy limpia, amplia y cómoda. La cama y sus almohadas me han parecido excepcionales, he dormido muy bien. He estado muy bien en este hotel.
