Steps and ramp access to entrance.
-Spacious Lobby with seating. Reception Desk with English speaking staff members.
-Helpful and polite staff.
-Clean premises.
-Free WiFi, username & password provided on check-in.
-Two lifts to all floors.
-Room 307, twin single beds. Keycard entry. Two sliding door cupboard hanging space and shelves, electronic safe (free). Desk and chair, lamp, tea & coffee making facilities with kettle, bottle opener. One complimentary bottle of water. Fridge (contents chargeable). Wall-mounted Philips TV. Round table with an upholstered chair, lamp. Beds with bedside tables. Telephone. Long wall mirror. Suitcase stand. Multiple power sockets with USB charger ports. Effective air-con. Double-glazed window with view of trees, apartment blocks and street below. Bathroom with bath-shower, toilet, bidet, basin, NH branded toiletries, large mirror, hairdryer, heated towel rack.
-When logged onto hotel WiFi you have access to the hotel’s website which includes a useful Santander city guide, minibar prices, and the ability to request amenities for the room.
-Car park.
Cons:
-Room - minibar expensive, eg Coca Cola €4. (Remember: only ONE bottle of water is complementary).
-Breakfast - expensive, from €16.90pp. We brought spoons & bowls with us and purchased food & drink from the ‘Unide supermercado’ convenience store (also sells alcohol) across the road from the hotel.
-Room - occasional dog barking from an adjacent room.

전반적으로 좋았고 반려견과 함께 지낼 수 있어서 더 좋은 경험이었어요. 강아지 그릇과 장난감, 침대까지 마련되어 있어서 감동적이었습니다. 하지만 화장실에 환풍 시설이 없고 타월 건조기가 작동하지 않아서 객실이 너무 습했습니다. 조식은 퀄리티가 그닥 만족스럽진 않았지만, 주변에 아침 일찍 여는 곳이 없어서 일찍 출발해야 할 때 유용하긴 했어요.

Really no good an over priced hotel in poor condition. Expensive and was supposed be a dog friendly hotel. Well my advice is find somewhere else.
You must sign a form saying dogs can not be left unaccompanied. Dinner plans out the window. Place in need of refurbishing and with parking, breakfast and cost for dogs came for 1 night to 240EUR. At best this is a 2 star hotel old bathrooms old lifts and tight parking. My advice is avoid.

First, the service was great and my complements to the staff. However, we were beset with problems. Our room's AC was not working. We were moved to a very small room with a window looking out on the parking lot. Fortunately, it had working AC. We were then moved back to our initial room but they forgot we had been moved and then they thought our room was vacant and gave it to another guest. This was quickly rectified. The location was great. The hotel needs to have an remodeling update. There damage was wear and tear to the room, but nothing severe. Due to a storm, there was no wifi for a couple days.

Great location walkable to Centro and the Santander Bay in a few minutes. Comfortable and clean and a great breakfast. Staff super friendly. Will stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and was even lucky enough to get a balcony room.
The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable - no complaints.
Both the reception- and cleaning staff was very kind and helpful.
Because of this, the good location and the fact that they are dog friendly, we would absolutely stay here again if we return to Santander.

the place was nice, but with very limited parking that was failed to be disclosed on the Hotel.com website. on our arrival, on a rainy night no parking was available . having to park 5 blocks away and having to climb a steep him. had I know the limitations, I would have booked on another hotel. the rest of the nights I was able to park in the hotel parking

La pieza recibía directo en la ventana la luz de los potentes focos de iluminación exterior y las cortinas no cerraban bien, dejando la pieza iluminada hasta las 23:45 … reclamamos y nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada porque estaban programados así: impresentable para el costo del hotel y el standard de otros hoteles de cadena NH. Deben encontrar solucion. Lo segundo: el wifi del piso 1 ni funcionó. Ambos fallos (en especial el focos exteriores / cortinas) no son razonables y deben solucionarlos
