NH 발렌시아 센터

렌트카가 있어서 위치가 상관없긴했지만 유료 주차 시설이 부담이 되었고 차가 없었더라도 보도 이동으로 다니기엔 조금 먼 경향이 있어보였습니다. 하지만 나머지 시설면에서는 정말 최고였어요. 깨끗하고 쾌적하고 편안합니다. 잘 쉬었어요! 시설 중요하게 생각하시는 분들에게 추천합니다!

Mooie kamer en uitstekend ontbijt

We had a Standard Room which was clean but a little small, fine for the 4 days we were there. Beds were comfortable. Good shower. There wasn’t a kettle but we did get one when we asked. Staff were polite and helpful. Hotel not too far from old town with bus station, metro and shopping centre nearby. Cost of room a little high in comparison to other similar hotels.

Breakfast was a nice variety of items and the staff was very friendly and helpful

We recently stayed at NH València Centre with our dog and had a mixed experience overall. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it is advertised as dog-friendly. However, while dogs are permitted in the hotel, they are only allowed in the bedroom and not in any public areas, including the bar and restaurant. We understand that in Spain it is fairly common for dogs not to be allowed in the main restaurant, but in our experience, most hotels will at least permit dogs in the bar area for dining. As a result, we were unable to eat at the hotel without leaving our dog alone in the room, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the gentleman who appeared to be managing the bar was quite rude and dismissive when we tried to discuss the situation. In contrast, the receptionist was exceptional — she genuinely tried to help, was very understanding, and apologised sincerely for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. On the positive side, the hotel itself was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was very good. The location is also a real advantage for dog owners, as the hotel is situated next to a large park, making walks very convenient. Overall, while the hotel has several strengths, the restrictions around dogs and the lack of flexibility regarding dining arrangements made the stay less convenient than we had expected for a dog-friendly hotel.

Great location close to bus station.

Everything was excellent. Unfortunately, on the last morning, we found an infestation of ants in our room. The hotel were most apologetic and gave us a substantial refund. I’m absolutely sure that this will not happen again.

Really nice hotel and the rooftop pool was amazing.

Habitaciones modernas, limpias y amplias. Desayuno muy variado y de calidad. Le falta el zumo de naranja recién exprimido para ser perfecto.

Very nice hotel , in a central location. The rooms were big and clean. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Loved our stay and highly recommended.

kamer was mooi en het ontbijt was heel lekker, het enigste dat ontbrak was de mogelijkheid om koffie te zetten op de kamer zelf maar voor de rest was alles top.

Breakfast and Bar are Very good.

The problem is that I only booked this hotel because of the outdoor pool since I had an extra day in Valencia by myself. The pool is indoors, it is small and everything around the pool looks very old, dirty and not been upgraded the last 20 years. No one used the pool and neither did I so complete waisted hotel booking. Would be lovely if both Hotels.com and the NH hotel could show pictures of how the actual pool looks and not the outdoors one that are in the pictures.
