Quarto espaçoso, muito confortável. Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom com muita variedade. O hotel não possui estacionamento, mas há um publico do lado do hotel a um custo de 3 euros por hora. Não foi necessário usar, pois na rua em frente ao hotel possuía vagas azuis, grátis no fim de semana e pago das 9 às 20hrs, a um custo de 1,50 euros por 2 horas. Também tinha vagas brancas que eram sem custo, mas era mais difícil de achar. Na rua atrás do hotel tem o Shopping Nuevo Center, muito grande e muitas lojas, bem como o supermercado Mercadona. Hotel muito próximo do centro histórico, cerca de 15 minutos a pé, muito bem localizado.

Everything was excellent. Unfortunately, on the last morning, we found an infestation of ants in our room. The hotel were most apologetic and gave us a substantial refund. I’m absolutely sure that this will not happen again.

Good hotel stay for a reasonable price. Room was clean and spacious, with good amenities. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Pool was a good benefit although small and area around it can easily became crowded. WiFi barely functioned in my room on the 6th floor.

We had a Standard Room which was clean but a little small, fine for the 4 days we were there. Beds were comfortable. Good shower. There wasn’t a kettle but we did get one when we asked. Staff were polite and helpful. Hotel not too far from old town with bus station, metro and shopping centre nearby. Cost of room a little high in comparison to other similar hotels.

We recently stayed at NH València Centre with our dog and had a mixed experience overall. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it is advertised as dog-friendly. However, while dogs are permitted in the hotel, they are only allowed in the bedroom and not in any public areas, including the bar and restaurant. We understand that in Spain it is fairly common for dogs not to be allowed in the main restaurant, but in our experience, most hotels will at least permit dogs in the bar area for dining. As a result, we were unable to eat at the hotel without leaving our dog alone in the room, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the gentleman who appeared to be managing the bar was quite rude and dismissive when we tried to discuss the situation. In contrast, the receptionist was exceptional — she genuinely tried to help, was very understanding, and apologised sincerely for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. On the positive side, the hotel itself was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was very good. The location is also a real advantage for dog owners, as the hotel is situated next to a large park, making walks very convenient. Overall, while the hotel has several strengths, the restrictions around dogs and the lack of flexibility regarding dining arrangements made the stay less convenient than we had expected for a dog-friendly hotel.
