Very clean and convenient for access to the centre. Hernando and the team at the from desk were extremely friendly and helpful.

Lit confortable. Legere odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain mais quand les siphons sont remplis il n'y avait plus d'odeur. Petit dejeuner parfait. Utilisation de la plaquette eco responsable. Tres bien.

hotel molto comodo, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro Turia. Camere belle, pulite e anche abbastanza spaziose. Consigliato !!

Nice hotel in centre of Valencia. The room was ok and clean, a little bit outdated. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, a lot of fresh products. Very close to the hotel is a big mall with shops and restaurants and a bus station. The metro is also close to the mall. The hotel does not have its own garage but you can park your call in a public garage underneath the hotel. Unfortunately the discount card for the parking garage we got from the hotel did not work.

Great place, great room, great service. Only thing that can be improved is drinks and something to eat (chocolate or anything) in the reseption night time

The hotel was just two minute walk to a metro station and a shopping mall also a few minute walk to the old town. It's next to a bigger street, but to our room there was no noise. Our room was clean,quite big with a large tv. Unfortunately the bed was too hard, most mornings i felt a bit like beaten up instead of well rested. Large bathroom, well lit with both shower and bath tub. Why is it necessary to always come up with new ways of operating the shower? Once again i needed to learn how to turn the shower on. Breakfast was good and some of the things changed every morning which i thought was a good thing. One thing that has been common during the last few years is the lack of variety on yogurt, mostly non flavored which i don't like. Biggest flaw was how slow they were on refilling plates when something ran out. Pasi

Hotel location is great. Staff were great. Old rooms and furniture. Pool is not heated so didn’t use on the whole of our 4 day trip.

Café da manhã incrível . Único problema foi que as crianças estavam loucas para ir à piscina aquecida e ela estava gelada . O aquecimento estava sem funcionar . E a piscina foi um dos motivos pelos quais escolhemos o hotel .

Hotel bonzinho, quarto espaçoso e confortável. A localização que não me atendeu muito bem.

Bonito lugar

Rummet var ombonat och trivsamt. Ljust. Personal i huvudsak positiv. Bad om ett tyst rum. Fick rum bredvid hissarna men de störde inte nämnvärt. Däremot fanns två hundar i grannrummet som väckte oss flera gånger första natten. Påtalade detta dagen efter och blev erbjuden att byta rum, vi avböjde då hundarna varit tysta under dagen. Andra natten började de skälla vid 23 tiden. 02.30 orkade vi inte mer och fick bytt rum. Jag tycker hotellets personal kunde påtala för hundägarna att vara tysta eller ge dem ett rum långt ifrån övriga gäster.

Hotel proximo à Regiao Historica de Valência, padrao de rede hoteleira. Bom quarto e banheiro. Otimas roupas de cama e banho. So a cama que poderia ser melhor, um pouco mais firme...colchao era mto mole, parexia velho.
