편하고 쾌적했습니다~

허니문의 마지막 1박이었는데 호텔 응대가 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 화장실 구조가 조금 이상하긴 했는데 방은 깨끗했고, 시설도 다 좋았습니다. 직원들이 특히 친절하고 바르셀로나에서 만난 사람중 영어를 제일 잘하네요.

호텔의 위치나 뷰.서비스. 등등의 전반적인 호텔품질은 좋으나.. 객실 창문을 못열게 만들어놔서 환기를 못해서 객실이 엄청 답답합니다. 청소할때도 환기도 안시키고 하던데 먼지들 그대로 방안에 들어오고... 또 욕실이 투명창으로 되어잇어서 침실에서 다보이는점이 단점이구요... 하지만 전반적인 서비스품질이나 기타 여건들은 상당히 좋은 편입니다..

Beautiful design, excellent location. The staff was incredible! When we told them the mattress was a little too firm, they organized for a topper right away. It was such a pleasure to stay at Ohla.

Fabulous welcome, Queque was a fantastic host and really helped us feel at ease and get to know the great city. The location is excellent for walking the gothic and born quarters which are most interesting. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. Breakfasts and all service were first class. Having its own rooftop bar and pool is a bonus too

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, we walked many places. Our room was very clean and quiet and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Stayed here 6 days. Staff is amazing! Location is excellent very close to shops, cafes, restaurants, metro, tourist sites, etc. Now for the loss of one star is… The room was ok, very small and the tv streaming service was not working very well. But that’s ok because we spent more time out exploring. Would consider staying here again in the future.

Best Hotel in Barcelona!

The room was extremely clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I rather enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel.

Our stay at Hotel Ohla Barcelona over the New Year period was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after at every turn. The reception team were warm, efficient and professional, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay. The concierge service was equally impressive – knowledgeable, attentive and always happy to help with thoughtful recommendations and seamless arrangements. A real highlight was dining at La Plasohla restaurant, where both the food and service were outstanding. The atmosphere was vibrant yet refined, and it was clear that great care is taken to ensure guests have a first-class experience. The New Year entertainment laid on by the hotel was amazing, creating a festive, stylish and unforgettable celebration that felt both special and effortlessly well organised. A particular mention must go to Anise, the Food and Beverage Manager, whose leadership and attention to detail were evident throughout. Her passion for hospitality truly shines through and elevates the entire dining and guest experience. Hotel Ohla combines luxury, warmth and impeccable service in a prime Barcelona location. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined yet welcoming city stay.

The staff were fantastic but the rooms are definitely not five star standards. The bathroom is tiny. The bath is an open bath, so not usable if this is a family travel. The location is excellent.

The standout feature of our stay was the staff who really went the extra miles to make is feel welcome. I celebrated my birthday during the start and the hotel staff were really fabulous and I was also provided with a gift of a bottle of cava on arrival in the early evening. The facilities were also really good and the rooftop bar is a glorious spot
