바르셀로나의 공통점인지 모르겠는데 5성호텔이 다 규모가 너무작았습니다. 저번에 이용한 호텔보다 방은 더 작아졌고, 기괴한 인테리어(빌트인구조에 샤워실과 객실사이에 문이 없는 오픈형, 화장실은 완전 밀폐형으로 벽을 밀어보기 전까지는 이곳이 화장실인지 알수 없었음)는 저희를 한층더 깜짝놀라게 했습니다. 5성호텔이라고는 상상할수 없는 일들이 몇가지 있었는데, 그중 가장 충격적인건 스탭이 문을 두드려서 기다리라고 했는데 상관하지 않고 문을 열고 들어온 일입니다. 이건 정말 동네모텔도 이런개념은 있을거라고 생각했는데 이때부터 기분이 완전 나빠졌습니다. 스탭은 미안하다며 웰컴드링크를 주려고 왔다고 하긴 했는데 미안하다고 될일은 아니라고 생각합니다. 이때 저희 중 누군가가 씻을려고 알몸으로 있었다면 생각만해도 끔찍합니다. 또 층간소음이 너무 심해서 괴로웠습니다. 윗객실에서 돌아다니는 소리 즉 쿵쾅거리는 소리가 너무 심했으며, 의자끄는 소리에 괴로웠습니다. 위치도 카탈루냐 거리에서 너무 외진 쪽에 위치해 있어 어리로 이동하기가 애매했습니다. 바셀 호텔의 공통점인지 몰라도 안전을 위해서 창문이 오튼되지 않는 시스템은 저희를 너무 답답하게 느끼게 했습니다. 한마디로 전혀~~5성호텔은 어울리지 않았고 3성이나 되면 딱 어울린다고 생각하며 다시 방문할 일은 없을것 같습니다. 심지어 저희가 이용한 객실은 1박 당 15유로를 더 주고 업그레이드한 객실이었습니다.

대박은 아니지만 낫 베드....다시 묵을 정도는 아니고, 접근성 그냥 저냥, 조식도 그냥 저냥....

체크인을 늦게했는데 정말친절했으며, 다음날 짐보관서비스 또한 만족스럽다. 체크인했을때 장미꽃잎이 이쁘게 장식되있었다. 다만 방이좀 좁았다

부띠크호텔로 젊은이들의 기호에는 맞으나 가족여행호텔로는 부정적입니다.

직원들은 매우 친절하고 아침을 룸서비스로 시켜먹었는데 구성이 매우 좋고 옥상의 수영장도 좋았음. 위치도 관광지들과 매우 가까움. 객실은 깨끗하고 직원들이 하루에 두번은 들어와서 침대정리를 해줌.

Very nice hotel but rather noisy neighborhood. A man screaming in the street woke me up twice during the night. Also the shower was lukewarm. Everything else was very nice and the pool is amazing. Gracias!

Cllean and friendly hotel .

While we appreciate the location and appearance of the hotel, it does not seem to meet our expectation as a five star hotel. Staffs are friendly, but improvement in training to be prompt and proactively in providing service. The shower smelled bad, urine like smell. A hit disappointed to be honest.

This hotel was amazing. The room was big, clean and amazing. They provided robes, slippers, water, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap and huge towels. The rood top pool was amazing as well as the view! The breakfast buffet was absolutley amazing..so fresh and so many choices. When we go back to Barcelona we will def stay here again!

Amazing stay . Staff are very friendly and try their utmost best to help guests with any requests! The location is perfect to all major tourist spots and restaurants. The shower pressure was excellent ! Beware though the toilet is hidden within a concealed door in the guest room and has a swing arm to open and close it , which was really inconvenient !!!! I still can not understand why the toilet was designed the way it was and to me it felt very claustrophobic . There is no lock on the toilet door and neither can leave the toilet door open for any circulation . Very weird !!!

Very friendly and helpful hotel. We arrived early morning and although our room was not ready, reception took care of our luggage and suggested how we might spend our time until it was, and they would call us if it was ready early, which they did. Room was lovely (Junior Suite), clean with nice details and very quiet. Excellent shower and plenty of space. A bottle of wine and chocolates were brought to the room later in the day and the staff were very keen to help with anything. Buffet breakfast included was varied and plentiful. They were very efficient at arranging an early morning checkout and taxi to the airport on a day when lots of roads were closed due to a Patron Saint holiday, events and marathon across the city. Took all the stress out for us. Would happily stay again.

This hotel is amazing. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Location is perfect walking distance to several points of interest and great restaurants. The morning breakfast was stellar and everything you could want and more. Only downside was both my husband and myself found the bed to be far too firm/hard for our liking. To the point that we woke up sore. We stayed in several European hotels but even by those standards this bed was firm. Other than that we loved everything about this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

I did a ton on research before booking my hotel! I regret my decision! The hotel was not accommodating, for instance, I booked with free breakfast. I changed my reservation by one day, thru the Expedia app, snd the hotel would not honor my free breakfast. Even after several messages prior to my arrival and my conversations onsite, they would not honor. The bed was the worst I have ever stayed in! It wasn’t until my second night when I requested a different room, did they ask me what kind of bedding I’d like. Now to their defense, they sent an email asking me. But it was never brought up at check-in or ever again until I finally had enough. Once I worked with staff on my needs, they still never followed thru. Not once did the hotel take responsibility or do anything to make my stay better. Let’s talk about the room. It was NOT soundproof. Pictures were deceiving. Clean- yes. Maid service- amazing! Location- dynamite! Would I stay again- never!

An excellent hotel. Great room and facilities. Nice outdoor space, with small rooftop pool and bar. Restaurant good for breakfast and lunch. Staff very friendly.
