바르셀로나의 공통점인지 모르겠는데 5성호텔이 다 규모가 너무작았습니다. 저번에 이용한 호텔보다 방은 더 작아졌고, 기괴한 인테리어(빌트인구조에 샤워실과 객실사이에 문이 없는 오픈형, 화장실은 완전 밀폐형으로 벽을 밀어보기 전까지는 이곳이 화장실인지 알수 없었음)는 저희를 한층더 깜짝놀라게 했습니다. 5성호텔이라고는 상상할수 없는 일들이 몇가지 있었는데, 그중 가장 충격적인건 스탭이 문을 두드려서 기다리라고 했는데 상관하지 않고 문을 열고 들어온 일입니다. 이건 정말 동네모텔도 이런개념은 있을거라고 생각했는데 이때부터 기분이 완전 나빠졌습니다. 스탭은 미안하다며 웰컴드링크를 주려고 왔다고 하긴 했는데 미안하다고 될일은 아니라고 생각합니다. 이때 저희 중 누군가가 씻을려고 알몸으로 있었다면 생각만해도 끔찍합니다. 또 층간소음이 너무 심해서 괴로웠습니다. 윗객실에서 돌아다니는 소리 즉 쿵쾅거리는 소리가 너무 심했으며, 의자끄는 소리에 괴로웠습니다. 위치도 카탈루냐 거리에서 너무 외진 쪽에 위치해 있어 어리로 이동하기가 애매했습니다. 바셀 호텔의 공통점인지 몰라도 안전을 위해서 창문이 오튼되지 않는 시스템은 저희를 너무 답답하게 느끼게 했습니다. 한마디로 전혀~~5성호텔은 어울리지 않았고 3성이나 되면 딱 어울린다고 생각하며 다시 방문할 일은 없을것 같습니다. 심지어 저희가 이용한 객실은 1박 당 15유로를 더 주고 업그레이드한 객실이었습니다.

대박은 아니지만 낫 베드....다시 묵을 정도는 아니고, 접근성 그냥 저냥, 조식도 그냥 저냥....

체크인을 늦게했는데 정말친절했으며, 다음날 짐보관서비스 또한 만족스럽다. 체크인했을때 장미꽃잎이 이쁘게 장식되있었다. 다만 방이좀 좁았다

부띠크호텔로 젊은이들의 기호에는 맞으나 가족여행호텔로는 부정적입니다.

직원들은 매우 친절하고 아침을 룸서비스로 시켜먹었는데 구성이 매우 좋고 옥상의 수영장도 좋았음. 위치도 관광지들과 매우 가까움. 객실은 깨끗하고 직원들이 하루에 두번은 들어와서 침대정리를 해줌.

Our room was not made up in the 3 hours we were our of the hotel, after informing the front desk with the request upon leaving for the day. The overnight room service menú was sub-standard / basically inedible. There should not be an overnight room service menú if they can’t deliver food of a basic standard. Regular room service (before 11pm was great), but the overnight food was not as pictures, cold and favorless.

Couldn’t fault our stay here! Very clean. We had a penthouse/attic with balcony. Room was lovely and spacious. Staff were friendly. Rooms were cleaned each day and each night when we arrived back there had been a biscuit or chocolate left on the pillows. Sky bar and pool area where lovely never too busy and nice to relax there after a long day of walking. Good location too.

O hotel tem boas instalações e atendimento cordial, mas o café da manhã não condiz com um 5 estrelas. Poucas frutas, pães limitados, suco artificial e reposição lenta. O maior problema é a máquina de café que faz cappuccino ou latte macchiato, só tem uma, o que gera filas diárias e prolongadas. De todos os 5 estrelas que já me hospedei, sem dúvidas é o que tem o pior café da manhã. Já me hospedei várias vezes e sempre pontuo essas falhas, mas parece não receber a atenção merecida. No geral tem bom custo benefício, mas eu classificaria como um 4 estrelas superior.

Great hotel. Great location. As clean as you’d like. Staff was as open to helping as you could hope for. If I were to come back to Barcelona, I would return to the same hotel and would recommend others to too.

Close to all attractions, dining and shopping. Nice rooms, great breakfast buffet, and caring, attentive, friendly staff! We ate fans! Highly recommend.

The property is amazing, clean, five stars service. This is the best hotel in Barcelona

We enjoyed our stay at Ohla. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. It was close to shopping and great restaurants. They were helpful with our airport drivers, and helped us with pickup and departing schedules. The sushi restaurant was so wonderful we ate there twice. It was a very relaxing and clean property.

Beautiful hotel!

The shower has glass that you cannot cover, and no doors so it’s not private at all, especially if you are travelling with children

Lovely hotel in a good location in Barcelona

This is my second time visiting Barcelona and staying at Ohla Hotel. For being a “boutique-type” of hotel it met all expectations.
