Das Zimmer war in gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, was für eine angenehme Erholung sorgt. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt, auch wenn die Auswahl etwas größer sein könnte. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ruhig, mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten, und mit dem Auto sind alle wichtigen Ziele schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt – gerne wieder!

Chambre grande et confortable mais pas de clim! L'hôtel a l'allure d'un bunker. Très grande piscine en eau de mer mais pleine d'algues. Environnement très décevant. Le village est très triste, vieillot. Pas vraiment de plages. Mais des bons restaurants. En résumé il y a pleins d'endroits beaucoup plus joli dans l'île...

Mi experiencia ha sido buena en general, aunque al llegar al apartamento no estaba muy limpio, había armarios en la cocina sucios y tuvimos que limpiar mejor el baño con lejía, toallas ya gastadas, de resto era cómodo, reformado. En la piscina habían muchas hamacas viejas y desfondadas, la piscina es super, de agua salada, maravillosa. En la recepción nos atendió Carlos muy profesionalmente. Aparcar cerca fue fácil. Volvería aunque no al precio que pagué.

Struttura in fase di ristrutturazione con camere già moderne molto carine ma esterno ancora da migliorare. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, piscina molto bella.

Séjour fantastique, deuxième fois que nous venons avec ma compagne. Personnel au top, chambre tout neuve et confortable, cuisine très sympa et une piscine formidable bien que parfois pas très propre mais cela n'est pas du a l’hôtel mais a la mer. Petite plage très sympa aussi. Supermarché juste à la sortie de l’hôtel avec pharmacie, restaurants etc. Un hôtel que je recommande pour de superbe vacance !

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. First and foremost, the pool was absolutely filthy. It was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The water was murky, and the surrounding pool area was equally disgusting. This was a major letdown as I was looking forward to relaxing by the pool, but instead, it felt like a health hazard. To make matters worse, the so-called “relaxation area” was in the middle of a building site. The constant noise of drilling all day made it impossible to unwind. I spoke with the hotel manager about this, but his response was dismissive, saying it didn’t matter because the construction was on the other side of the fence. As if noise can’t travel through a fence! It was beyond frustrating. On the other side of the pool, there was more construction, and to top it off, portable toilets were right next to the fence. The smell was unbearable, and it was extremely off-putting to try and relax next to these facilities. Additionally, I chose this hotel because they advertised themselves as “dog-free” due to my allergies. However, there were dogs everywhere—some even in the lobby. When I complained to the reception manager, he rudely explained that some guests live there permanently and are allowed to bring their dogs. That’s fine, but you can’t advertise yourself as a dog-free hotel and then disregard that policy! Overall, the customer service was horrendous, and my stay was far from relaxing.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The photos are lies. This place is awful. The fountains are empty. There is construction everywhere, not just at the restaurant that burned down, but all through the halls and rooms. There is no view of the ocean because construction fencing surrounds the pool area. There is exposed wiring in the hallways, splattered paint on the walls and floors, painters tape left all over the place, broken floor tiles, cracked concrete, the list doesn't end. The pools are disgusting, they're never cleaned. We woke up covered in dozens of bug bites. There's a reason they don't offer refunds. They know they can use their photos to get you to book the place and that once you arrive you will want to leave. But they have your money and that's all they care about. We couldn't stay and left for another hotel and just ended up eating the cost of 2 hotels. It was probably cheaper than the medical bills we would have had if we had stayed at the Ona Alborada Apartments. WORST PLACE EVER.

Ein Beton-Wunderland für Freunde des Brutalismus - Schallverstärkung durch Reflektion im Innenhof (Hundegebell) - Viele Tauben mit entsprechendem Gegurre Sehr modernes Apartment mit freundlicher, heller Einrichtung Sehr sauber und gepflegt mit kleineren Abzügen im Detail (z.B. sehr lockerer WC-Rollenhalter) Tolle Dusche mit super Wasserdruck und heißem Wasser Guter, kräftiger Fön Küchenzeile mit allem was man benötigt (nett, Tee und Kekse) Schwämme/Spülmittel Sehr großzügig bemessen. Mehr als ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen Sehr bequeme Matratze allerdings zwei Einzelmatrazen mit „Liebesspalte“ Warme Decke, bequemes Kopfkissen Freundlicher, entspannter Empfang (24/7 Rezeption, auch telefonisch erreichbar) Zimmerzugang durch Keycard

Hotell är funktionellt. Mitt boende hade ett sovrum och ett vardagsrum med pentry. Lite begränsad köksutrustning men det funkade. Saltvattenspoolen som tillhör hotellet hade gått om solstolar. Det blir dock en hel del sjögräs som flyter som personalen försöker rensa men det kommer hela tiden nytt. Poolen fylls genom att vågor slår över kanten eller med pump. Orten Galletas är väl inte spännande och har ingen vettig strand så om man ska bo här är hyrbil att rekommendera. Gratis parkering nära hotellet som dock har så mycket gropar så man är rädd att slå i underredet. Internet var skagigt med bra fart men ibland totalt borta i några minuter. Det gäller både teve, som är trådkopplad och wifi. Finns bra restauranger med bra priser.

Von außen wirkt es auf den ersten Blick eher verlassen, allerdings war das Hotel mitten in der Renovierung, sowohl an den Apartments als auch am gesamten Pool & Poolbar/Restaurant Bereich. Wir hatten ein renoviertes Apartment, welches geräumig und gut ausgestattet war. Allerdings gibt es kaum Service im Zimmer, es war nur eine Reinigung bei 10 Tagen Aufenthalt inklusive, Handtücher wurden nur gegen Gebühr ausgewechselt und den Müll muss man selbst herunterbringen. Der Rezeptionsservice war aber stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, aber mit Geschäften und es leben dort viele Einheimische, was ein authentischeres Gefühl schafft, als in den typischen Touristenorten.

Er waren renovatie werken aan de gang met heel veel lawaai tijdens de dag. Mijn appartement was totaal vernieuwd, dus heel netjes, maar helemaal niet aangekleed (een beetje kleur). Er waren alleen maar water glazen, geen wijn of schuimwijn glazen. 3 stuks glazen en bestek. Je kan dus niemand uitnodigen voor een glaasje. Het restaurant en de pool bar waren ook gesloten voor renovatie en dat gaf mij de indruk van een werf. Het appartement was wel heel ruim en de slaapkamer mooi met heel confortabel bed. Het zicht vanop het balkon was ook mooi.

On arrival on a Sunday the apartment was comfortable, clean and newly decorated. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay an additional daily fee for use of the safe but it was not an excessive cost but considering the cost for 5 nights I felt it could have been included. Unfortunately after my comfortable first night, I was woken up to pneumatic drilling immediately outside my balcony at approximately 8:30am, this continued for the full 4 days between just after 8am most days until 5pm. For respite I tried to get some peace and quiet by the poolside only to find there was a digger and other construction equipment rebuilding the old restaurant and bar area. The noise certainly did not provide a relaxing holiday environment, whilst I understand that works have to be done, there had been no mention of this on booking, or when checking in and even though I raised my complaint with the front desk, they did not appear to take my concerns seriously and only offered a free towel exchange and a late check out, neither being of use to me. So disappointed as it could have been a lovely break.

Great option for couples to relax. The neighborhood is very calm, not much life etc. We were looking for a hotel with a nice pool to relax by, this hotel was exactly what we needed. I would recommend to have a care during the stay, this place is a bit remote if you are looking for nice restaurants, bars etc.

Huone ja hotellin sisätilat olivat erittäin siistit. Ilmeisesti hotellin ravintola ja muita tiloja oli remontissa ja tästä aiheutui aikamoista meteliä.
