Excelente servicios, muy limpio, buena alimentación

Städningen var det som inte var så bra för övrigt helt okej

Området är bra, supermarket bredvid och 10 min promenad till stranden samt gamla stan. Frukosten var tyvärr inte bra och rummen små samt mycket lyhört från korridoren man hör allt. Priset för detta hotel var rimligt.

I arrived may the 23th on the 24th I got robed from the room somebody rob dollars and euros I went to the police and made the complain,I spoke to the manager her name is Sandra she went to my room she searched every where because that’s part of the procedure then I spoke to the administrator his name is Hector and he told me something insane that’s nothing in the room is protected only if is in the safety box I asked him how come ? Well that’s what it is I want to know if any way I can get some of that money please fell free to call me and explain more about this at 516 4104594 and the phone was broken the AC bad the food all fry in the morning.

The hotel was really nice for a 3 star property. The full on the half board was lovely for our 5 days stay. Would highly recommend only issue is if you want to go to the new town its a bit of a walk,but a taxi is only €7 back. Bar was reasonably priced also. All the staff was lovely

No complaints with the location, hotel and the staff who were all friendly and helpful. We only had the breakfast which was amazing.

This hotel was a strange mix of party goers and older generations. Having attended on a stag do I would not recommend this hotel to families, although it wasn't a rowdy party hotel it does not have a family atmosphere. I'm reviewing the hotel at its price point, the rooms have everything you need including air conditioning but are dated in appearance and the breakfast has a large variety of options but was low quality. For the amount I paid this was perfectly reasonable.

Rent rom og hjelpsom og veldig god frokost

Prima 3 sterren hotel. De verzorging is goed, medewerkers, veel in aantal, zeer vriendelijk. Er hangt een ongedwongen en vrolijke sfeer. De zogenaamde confor kamers zijn ook echt comfortabel en modern ingericht. Het publiek is internationaal. Ligging behoorlijk centraal. Je loop zo naar het strand en het centrum. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend.

Great hotel, not many young couples, average couples over 60 and families, very calm and relaxing

Se nota que es un hotel reformado y esta muy bien, excepto las habitaciones individuales, al menos la asignada, pues el colchon estaba deformado y olía bastante mal. Lo compensa la amabilidad de todo su personal. Cuando terminen de reformar esa parte, será casi un 4*

Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero lo suficiente para estar cómodo. El hotel es un poco laberinto, fácil perderse para una persona mayor. El personal maravilloso, super amable y ayudando todo el tiempo. Es un 3* reformado con ganas de 4*.

Clean hotel

Busy place and in my opinion the staff deserve a medal as they worked through Christmas Day. I think the hotel chain or Expedia should give the staff a reward. Fantastic team at fiesta park, who made all feel welcome. On a side note, I think you would struggle to find better food in Benidorm. The kitchen staff produced amazing food. And on a large scale. If anyone’s passing through these comments and is trying to work out a hotel, then honestly give fiesta park a try. Thanks :)
