Just had a lovely 6 night break here at Port Fiesta Park have to say brilliant value for money, all inclusive you can't go wrong, perfect location 10min walk to the beach near the old town. Food was great loved it. Had a couple of nights out in the madness of the Benidorm strip area nice walk on the sea front and got a taxi back 8 euro Will definitely come back

We stayed in a double room, the smell was terrible and the only plug socket was either the bathroom or high on the wall next to the TV. The rooms are dated, unclean and not nice at all. The food was nice though and we enjoyed the pool area. I would not book again

Hotel was convenient for our weekend stay although a bit dated in some areas, clean and had decent facilities. Our budget room was too small for three people i.e. not enough space to move around really. Nice pool and bar area. Reception mainly helpful depending on who was on shift. Great buffet breakfast with various choices, although no English tea! I would consider staying there again.

Food was poor. Had no air-conditioning reported it twice but never got a response and it was never fixed.

Great location close to beach, clean modern rooms and good food and wine. What. Lee do you want?

I found the hotel clean staff were very attentive and always there to help especially at breakfast and dinner they were very hard working and to me it seemed that the clients where put first and were made to feel relaxed and happy

Huone ja hotelli olivat siistejä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. All inclusivessa hyvät ruuat ja juomat (koktailit, olut, limut). Lämmitetty allas ja aurinkoterssi hotellin katolla, 5. Kerroksessa. Kesällä hieno allasbaari käytössä, talvikaudella juomat haettava baarista, mutta se ei ole ongelma. Sisäänkäynti kadulta pieni sokkelo, rappusia alas ja sitten ylös. Hissejä myös hyvin käytössä. Maaliskuun lopulla aurinko paistaa altaalle vasta iltapäivällä, mutta tässäkin pelastaa yläkerran aurinkoterassi

Hotel is nice and the staff are. Room had no iron, kettle or fridge but otherwise had everything you would need. The breakfast buffet food items where clearly on a budget but for the price paid was happy overall.

everything was excellent

Check-in was very easy, took less than 2 minutes. Room was very clean and a good size, with a balcony overlooking the outside pool. Indoor pool was very clean, and water was a good temperature. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of food, likewise with the buffet dinner. Dining room staff were helpful and friendly, and food was continually kept topped up. Evening entertainment was very good, some nights had shows, other nights music to dance to. Free car park 5 minute walk up the top of the road. 10 minute walk into the Old Town, 5 mins to the beach. Excellent value for money.

the staff make the hotel brilliant to be in.

This is hotel where almost all visitor have to more than 65years. The food it is exactly like in a cheape three star hotel.

Another brilliant stay at this hotel always stay here when in Benidorm can’t go wrong five stars ⭐️

Very nice clean room, check in was easy, great location, brekfast was nothing more than okay, that said it was included in the room price, bar staff were very nice and polite and the entertainment space was nice but the chairs were too low and uncomfortable, very nice hotel at a very reasonable cost, we would definitely stay again!

It was a lovely stay for a couple of nights , beware there are lots of OAPs at this hotel on a cheap all inclusive, although they were friendly enough. Funny smell in the hallway but other than that very clean . Decent breakfast as well, overall happy with the place as it was only cheap.

La limpieza excelente,las habitaciones modernas y muy confortables,el buffet del desayuno fenomenal.
