El hotel es increíble en todos sus aspectos, tienes diferentes zonas, sala de juegos con play, pin pon y otros. El buffet es de los mejores que he probad, una pasada. Lo único que no me gusto es que el aire acondicionado goteaba y tuvimos que poner una toalla para que no sonara caer la gota. Se hizo una bomba de agua en la pintura.

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön gelegen und sehr sauber. Aber das Beste ist das durchweg äußerst freundliche Personal. Ich werde bestimmt wieder hingehen.

Overall, our stay was good, but there were several issues that affected our experience. We were initially given the wrong room, which was too small and uncomfortable, lacking adequate wardrobe space or drawers. Fortunately, after raising a complaint, we were moved to a better room, which improved our stay significantly. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, and the pool was clean and enjoyable, though unfortunately too small and shallow for my liking. The hotel’s location is fantastic, but clearer information regarding access to the beach area would have been helpful. Both breakfast and dinner at the hotel were of good quality, with a nice variety. However, I was disappointed with the fish, which didn’t meet my expectations. The entertainment provided was great, but the venue was too small to comfortably accommodate all guests. At times, we found ourselves seated in the opposite direction of the performers, which took away from the experience. While the reception staff were polite, but sometimes we felt a general lack of warmth, kindness, and empathy, particularly from one staff member named Tanio, who was unhelpful in assisting us with access to the tennis table. Despite what was advertised, we had no opportunity to play ping pong during our stay. The hotel bikes were a nice feature, though they could use more maintenance and an update.

Location was nice and so was the hotel. The rooms were a bit basic. Didn’t love the no cheap option for a double bed so we got 2 single beds and pushed them together. Didn’t love that the pools opened at 10 and shut at 7 or that the elevators took an age to go up to the top terrace because only 1 was allowed. The drinks options were good and the hotel bar staff were great. 5 stars to them. Breakfast was decent. Good range of food all in all and enough dining to go with.

By far the most breathtaking room I’ve ever stayed in. With a wall of retractable windows next to our huge bath tub with ocean front views. We’ll be back!

La calidad del desayuno le da la cuarta estrella. Lo demás, tiene detalles pendientes que restan y marcan la diferencia. La piscina de la última planta, preciosa pero apenas cubre como para nadar. Sería genial para ver el atardecer en las montañas pero... tampoco porque cierra a las 20h. El césped artificial de la piscina de abajo, no está a la altura de un 4*, pero tampoco la barrera de tela medio atada para separar piscina y bar; en un espacio colapsado con demasiadas sillas, sillones, tumbonas y taburetes. En el gimnasio no hay ni una esterilla. La luz de la terraza estaría bien poder apagarla. Y el estruendo que produce tener los puestos de recogida de platos, al lado de las mesas, es evitable. Eso sí, el personal es encantador.

Angenehmes Hotel mit gutem und reichhaltigem Buffet für Frühstück, Mittag & Abendessen. Würde wieder kommen.

Förmodligen bästa hotellet i Gandia, bra läge, trevlig personal och faciliteter. Frukosten var ok men inte utmärkt. AC:n fungerande inte så blev varmt i rummet, men överlag bra vistelse och ett trevligt hotell. Kan absolut tänka mig att komma tillbaka hit, staden är väldigt lugn, så för familjen som vill relaxa så är detta ett bra alternativ.
