Great Location, but Disappointing Service • Service & Billing: A tall black staff member overcharged me for 6 nights of tourist tax instead of 4. He was quite blunt and unfriendly. I got a refund only because I caught the error myself—otherwise, I would have lost a lot of money. The staff generally seemed unprofessional, preferring to joke with each other rather than assist guests. Use the automated check-in if you can. • Facilities: The lobby has plenty of seating for waiting, but the complimentary water station was almost always empty and neglected. • Room: The room condition was okay, but it lacked natural light and felt poorly ventilated. • Location: Excellent for sightseeing, though the heavy traffic can make it difficult for taxis to pull up to the entrance.

아침 식사는 친절하지만 종류가 많지는 않습니다 다만, 오렌지 착즙 쥬스는 좋습니다 숙소는 처음 준 어메너티 이후로 더이상 채워주지는.않습니다.

물을 첫 날에만 2병 주는 게 좀 아쉬웠어요.. 연휴라서 마트에서 구매가 어려웠거든요. 그 외에는 숙소 상태 깨끗하고, 관광지랑 살짝 거리가 있어서 조용하고 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절해요. 얼리 체크인 시에는 시간대 별로 10~30유로 사이의 추가 요금이 있습니다. It'd be much more better if they give me more water. Except that, everything was so nice. The room was clean and every manager was so kind.

A lovely stay for 3 nights before our cruise. Lovely hotel and walkable to famous landmarks e.g.Sagrada Familia.

Centrally located that you could walk to casa Mila, bathiho and Sagrada Família. Decent sized room and not cramped at all. Good amenities and helpful staff

A nice play to stay. Staff was friendly. Looked nice overall but did not seem like it has been maintained that well.

Lobby staff are very helpful and gentle management costumer. Room cleaning not doing well his job, and sometime when be back for a long day, the room is not complete clean or not change the towells. Breakfast room is ok, have everything what you need for start the day, but the person who receive you every day in the morning is completely unprofesional and sometimes are rude with the costumers. I understand lot of people on Spain are not happy with tourist on his country, but that's your job and you receive a payment for what you doing. If you don't like your actual job, find a new one.

We went into the restaurant at 5 different times and never saw a soul in there. We called out but no one answered. So we neither ate a meal or had an evening drink there. Coming home late on our last evening we saw 1 staff member and 2 people at a table

Great hotel and location. However the staff is the highlight of my stay, they are super quick, helpful and proactive. They went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We truly enjoyed our stay there. It is a relatively small (compared to those big brand chain hotels) but cozy hotel. The breakfast is very nice with lots choices. Location is very convenient too. Staff is nice and helpful. We will definitely stay in this hotel if we visit Barcelona again.

Great staff and breakfast. The tall fellow at breakfast is extremely rude and needs to be reminded that the patrons are customers and have paid for the breakfast upfront. We are not here to get a free meal and definitely do not need any of his attitude first thing in the morning g.
