A decent hotel! beds are comfy and the location is great and central, staff are super helpful and polite too. only issue we ran into was with cleanliness. the rooms were immaculate but the bathrooms seemed a bit unclean, with mold surrounding certain parts of the bathroom. It’s described as a 4.2 star hotel which i think is quite generous but a good hotel regardless. air conditioning was great and easy to use. it was a 12 minute walk to Sagrada Família and about 15-20 minutes to get into the gothic quarter.

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé et excellent déjeuner avec options santé. Ma seule critique est que l’air climatisé ne se rendait pas bien dans la salle de bain et il faisait chaud pour me coiffer les cheveux.

The staff were really excellent and helped out when I had a tricky situation. Bed was super comfy as well. The neighborhood is good as well, with an easy walk to Sagrada Familia as well.

I would say the overall experience is average here. We stayed for two nights. A few things to note. Room service is slow, we called for an Iron and an ironing board, it never came in time and we ended up heading out for the day before they ever came by. The beds don’t come with blankets/duvets, only a flat sheet. The blankets are inside the closet which we found odd. The bathroom has a spot to refill tissues which can be found on the wall, on top of the toilet (weird spot IMO), but it was left empty. We had to call room service again, this time they did actually come by and delivered a box of tissues to us. They should prepare the rooms a bit better. I more than likely wouldn’t choose to stay here again, I’d spend a little bit more and stay at a better establishment. This place isn’t a bad place if you’re looking for budget friendly.

Hotel was in a great location, staff were great. Shower was a little mouldy and the bed had no duvet on it when we arrived so woke in the middle of the night cold before we found one in the cupboard.

The location is about a 15-20 minute walk from the downtown area where all the shopping is. It’s in the cutest neighborhood where you can experience what it’s like to be a local. Cafes, restaurants, grocery stores are all across the street. My favorite spot was the bakery across the street. The rooms and bathroom are as described. A/C is cold. I would stay here again.

The staff at the front desk were helpful. The rooms were clean and having air conditioning in the summer heat was a life saver.
