Everything was excellent. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. So happy I found them.

We were there for 10 days. Very clean and relaxed vibes. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Pool area clean, relaxfull and always sunbeds up for grabs.

Aamupala oli runsas ja todella maistuva. Se sisälsi useita eri vaihtoehtoja niin terveellisiä kuin herkkujakin. Kolme eri allasta tarjoilivat upeat puitteet uimiseen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja huone siisti. Ainoa huono puoli oli äänieristys, sillä käytävän äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen, mutta onneksi hotelli oli rauhallinen, joten mitään suurta mekkalaa ei ollut.

Cuisine équipée d'un frigo de bonne tzille, micronde et plaque de cuisson. Vaisselle en quantité suffisante. Chambre nettoyée chaque jour. Super propre.

Alles war außerordentlich gut. Würde immer wieder dort buchen. Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

First night of a 6 night stay was not good. The rest of the stay was okay. I checked in around 9pm on the first night. I asked about the fitness center / gym onsite, but was told there was no fitness center / gym onsite. Even though I mentioned that was part of the reservation. I ended up purchasing a 40 euroweek membership elsewhere, then found out there was indeed a fitness center / gym onsite. I left for dinner, then came back to my hotel around midnight hoping to come back to a cool room. To my surprise, my air conditioning was not working. I also noticed the shower floor was peeling and the shower drain was not draining. The offered a table fan as a solution. The overnight manager and security guard both agreed the air conditioning was not working. From the hours of about 1:45 AM to 7AM, I was in my room. Restless due to the hot room. They compensated with a dinner. Upon checking in, I was welcomed with a glass of champagne / prosecco. Nice gesture, however, the couches in the lobby area were dirty / stained. Please note its cancellation policy. They will not compensate you or for these inconveniences. And please note its location. I didn’t always feel safe walking to / from the hotel at night. I made it a point to one of the security guards as I was definitely being followed back to the hotel at night. Hopefully my experience was just an unfortunate matter. I have a really high tolerance for inconveniences, but not when the hotel can do more. Never again!

Overall Outstanding, few very minor niggles, not enough space to store foodstuffs etc but overall Outstanding ! We will be back. This is mainly a Swedish Hotel, which is Fabulous.

Excellent accomodation, few improvements could be made but this is the same for all properties, plenty of sun loungers and relaxed environment. Food is good. Entertainment is average at the hotel.

I stayed at Sunprime Atlantic View Suite & Spa and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is clean, well-managed, and most of the staff were kind, professional, and helpful. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing — just what I was looking for. However, I had a negative experience on the second day with one of the bartenders — a middle-aged Spanish man. I had booked all-inclusive and received a green wristband to wear, but it was too tight and uncomfortable, so I had taken it off. When I went to the bar to get a drink, instead of checking with reception (which is just nearby), the bartender started rudely complaining for several minutes about the missing wristband. He didn’t ask questions or try to clarify — he just kept going. I then went to reception myself, and they confirmed I had all-inclusive and kindly gave me a card instead. I found the bartender’s behavior disrespectful and completely unnecessary. This is not the way to speak to a guest — and certainly not something you’d expect in a professional hotel environment. Management really needs to speak with him, because one staff member can ruin the impression of an otherwise well-run hotel. Aside from that, everything else was very positive, and the other staff were excellent. I would still recommend the hotel — but I hope they take this kind of feedback seriously.

It was a good stay, nice hotel and clean. Only thing I didnt like was that I didnt get the location of the room I had been told (when I booked the room) I would get. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

Für eine Woche okay. Ruhiges Hotel. Eher älteres Publikum. Zu Fuß kommt man gut in die Stadt. Strand ist schon eine gute Stunde entfernt

Always good to see a wide range of meat & dairy-free options at the breakfast buffet. Friendly staff, a quiet relaxing environment and clean functional surroundings. Everything we wanted, would happily recommend.
