The gym was the only place that was not especially clean

Lovely sized room, fantastic shower & comfortable bed with a decent sized balcony. The whole hotel was kept very clean throughout the duration of our stay. Good fitness facilities - gym was well equipped and never too busy. Although we did not do any of the fitness classes, they were clearly popular! Different themed buffet each nice with all inclusive - Asian/italian/Canarian. We found lots to eat for breakfast, lunch & dinner. All inclusive snack offering outside of these times was okay - some baguettes/fruit pots/small ice cream pots. We liked being able to help ourselves to beer, wine, sangria & soft & hot drinks on tap. Cocktails weren’t the best, a very bad margarita put us off ordering another one, the limoncello royale very tasty though! A much older clientele to what we are used to and the nightly entertainment definitely catered for the elderly generation. Plenty of sunbeds, lovely pool area with three decent sized swimming pools.

First night of a 6 night stay was not good. The rest of the stay was okay. I checked in around 9pm on the first night. I asked about the fitness center / gym onsite, but was told there was no fitness center / gym onsite. Even though I mentioned that was part of the reservation. I ended up purchasing a 40 euroweek membership elsewhere, then found out there was indeed a fitness center / gym onsite. I left for dinner, then came back to my hotel around midnight hoping to come back to a cool room. To my surprise, my air conditioning was not working. I also noticed the shower floor was peeling and the shower drain was not draining. The offered a table fan as a solution. The overnight manager and security guard both agreed the air conditioning was not working. From the hours of about 1:45 AM to 7AM, I was in my room. Restless due to the hot room. They compensated with a dinner. Upon checking in, I was welcomed with a glass of champagne / prosecco. Nice gesture, however, the couches in the lobby area were dirty / stained. Please note its cancellation policy. They will not compensate you or for these inconveniences. And please note its location. I didn’t always feel safe walking to / from the hotel at night. I made it a point to one of the security guards as I was definitely being followed back to the hotel at night. Hopefully my experience was just an unfortunate matter. I have a really high tolerance for inconveniences, but not when the hotel can do more. Never again!

Lovely hotel .. quiet and peaceful

Overall Outstanding, few very minor niggles, not enough space to store foodstuffs etc but overall Outstanding ! We will be back. This is mainly a Swedish Hotel, which is Fabulous.

Excellent accomodation, few improvements could be made but this is the same for all properties, plenty of sun loungers and relaxed environment. Food is good. Entertainment is average at the hotel.

I stayed at Sunprime Atlantic View Suite & Spa and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is clean, well-managed, and most of the staff were kind, professional, and helpful. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing — just what I was looking for. However, I had a negative experience on the second day with one of the bartenders — a middle-aged Spanish man. I had booked all-inclusive and received a green wristband to wear, but it was too tight and uncomfortable, so I had taken it off. When I went to the bar to get a drink, instead of checking with reception (which is just nearby), the bartender started rudely complaining for several minutes about the missing wristband. He didn’t ask questions or try to clarify — he just kept going. I then went to reception myself, and they confirmed I had all-inclusive and kindly gave me a card instead. I found the bartender’s behavior disrespectful and completely unnecessary. This is not the way to speak to a guest — and certainly not something you’d expect in a professional hotel environment. Management really needs to speak with him, because one staff member can ruin the impression of an otherwise well-run hotel. Aside from that, everything else was very positive, and the other staff were excellent. I would still recommend the hotel — but I hope they take this kind of feedback seriously.

It was a good stay, nice hotel and clean. Only thing I didnt like was that I didnt get the location of the room I had been told (when I booked the room) I would get. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

Always good to see a wide range of meat & dairy-free options at the breakfast buffet. Friendly staff, a quiet relaxing environment and clean functional surroundings. Everything we wanted, would happily recommend.

Rooms fairly basic but clean . Beds not comfortable . Huge pool areas lots of sunbeds . Food not hot at breakfast , cold selection good .

Absolutely loved our stay here, our new place to stay in Playa del ingles. Spotlessly clean, well maintained pool and gardens, on-site store and bar. Friendly staff, fast and welcoming check in with free drink. Great breakfast - well managed. Loved every minute, well be returning

Great property, which has been newly refurbished. Rooms are nice and big with a nice balcony. My only comment would be regarding furniture quality in rooms are a little worn. Pool area outstanding one of the nicest I’ve been to.

An older property needs a refresh but it's clean, spacious, and functional. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, so much choice and prepared well.

Property overall was good. Facilities good. No rush for sunbeds, gym was good. Check-in wasn’t the best. Staff were not very helpful. Despite check-in time stating 1200 they wouldn’t let us check in until 1400. Did not offer us glass of cava that we seen other guests getting. Didn’t tell us where we could get changed or offer us pool towels. Reception staff not the most approachable and seem uninterested. Other staff within hotel excellent. No pool bar.

Huge room. Great staff and amazingly clean and well maintained. Some features of the room are a little dated but this will not spoil your stay at this hotel. The food is also generous and well thought out. A great place to stay!
