Staff are kind. There are two pool. I liked both of them. And food was good(not amazing) room was clean and big. Wifi was not good.

Wonderful clean room. Superb customer service throughout. Great breakfast with both British and European food. Hotel is well maintained and excellently managed.

I believe I am just not in the target group of this hotel, as I am 35 and not really into the type of hotel vacation where you spend your time in the hotel. I did not use a lot of the hotel activities and ameneties, as I was exploring the island during the days. What I liked was the helpful reception and very small but functional gym. The pool looks nice but was already closed when I returned after day trips at 6 pm, which was a bit disappointing. What I really disliked was the restaurant, which is extremely noisy. A school cafeteria has a more welcoming atmosphere. I asked if it was possible to get a doggy bag instead as I would go for day trips anyways, but there is a strict no takeaway food policy. The food itself was okayish and the service was good though. Also I would advise you not to book a room on the mountain side, as the pubs are quite loud at night.

Les chambres sont grandes et agréables. La piscine de l'hôtel est belle et offre de belles vues. Elle n'était toutefois pas chauffée et presque personne n'arrivait à y nager, ce qui est dommage. L'hôtel est assez ancien et mériterait d'être rénové. Les couloirs des chambres sont vraiment déprimants et dégagent une mauvaise odeur. La salle du restaurant ressemble véritablement à une cantine et est très bruyante. Les repas étaient bons. La moyenne d'âge de l'hôtel est assez âgée. Il y avait des travaux dans la rue et beaucoup de gens dans les bars le soir qui criaient (ce qui n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais rendait le repos difficile). A notre arrivée, le personnel de la réception était très sympathique, nous avons même reçu un verre de cava. Toutefois, un jour où il y a eu une coupure d'eau pendant plusieurs heures, la personne à la réception n'était pas professionnelle et nous a même menti à plusieurs reprises, en disant d'abord que l'eau allait revenir dans 10 minutes, et même la 2ème fois qu'en fait l'eau était déjà revenue depuis 20 minutes (ce qui était faux). Aucune solution proposée pour se laver ou aller aux toilettes. En résumé, si la piscine était chauffée, l'hôtel serait plus agréable. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables mais tout l'hôtel est trop bruyant pour se reposer.

Ietwat gedateerd hotel, weliswaar netjes en proper. Sterkhouders zijn zeker het vriendelijke personeel en het uitermate verzorgd, erg gevarieerd en lekker ontbijt en diner.

Das Personal in diesem Hotel ist einmalig! Alle sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen war ausgezeichnet und es gab sehr viel auswahl. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist war die Klima im Zimmer, da es dadurch sehr feucht im Zimmer gewirkt hat und ein wenig komisch gerochen hat.

Absolut begeistert von allem. Top Service Personal, noch die so kompetentes Personal gesehen. Am Pool ist es sehr entspannt und leise. Wunderbares Hotel. Man kann sehr gut schlafen nachts. Die Schallisolierten Zimmer erfüllen ihren Zweck. Vom Flur und den Türen hört man natürlich ab und zu etwas aber nur Tagsüber da Nachts alle schlafen. Perfekt!

Rooms were big but could do with updating. Good poolside facilities. Great location. Shampoo and conditioner not provided. You have to put down a deposit for towels and the safe in your room and can only get these back at the end of the week. Food is as expected. Overall great for a chilled holiday without luxury.

Fantastic location in Los Gigantes

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our visit. Our room, with a terrace overlooking the mountains, also offered a stunning view of the town, the port, and part of the majestic cliffs of Los Gigantes. The hotel offers entertainment almost every evening, as well as a wide range of activities to enjoy during the day. The breakfast and dinner buffets are varied, generous, and delicious, with something to please everyone. Special mention for the crumble and rice pudding, which were excellent. Having breakfast while enjoying the sea view was an absolute delight. The only downside: drinks are not included in the half-board package.

l hotel est vieillissant; le lavabo était bouché, la chasse d eau fuyait, le bois était gondolé autour de la porte de la salle de bain, pas de couette sur le lit on a eu froid la nuit, des poils non à nous ont été trouvés, pas assez de linge de toilette pour 3 nuits, le personnel est sans extra, le matin à 6h30 le personnel est horrible, pas souriant, pas aimable, dur d avoir de la confiture!!, sinon hotel bien placé, mais parking trop petit, extérieurs top, et soirées festives, au final c est très moyen mais on a eu de bonnes vacances à Tenerife

Good Hotel, in need of modernisation. An enjoyable 2 night stay.
