Staff are kind. There are two pool. I liked both of them. And food was good(not amazing) room was clean and big. Wifi was not good.

L’hôtel se situe dans un endroit incroyablement beau, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien entretenues malgré quelques signes de vieillissement, Globalement le personnel est plutôt sympathique et serviable bien que parfois un peu rustre, ce qui peut s’expliquer par le grand nombre de résidents et les exigences de qualité de l’hôtel. un bémol l’absence de place de Parking à l’hôtel. Nous avons quand même réussi à trouver des places aux alentours gratuites. Peut-être que j’y retournerai hors saison, ça devrait être plus détendu

Rustgevende plek, heel mooi uitzicht over de zee. Lekker eten, super. Echt alles is in orde. Als ik dan 1 minpuntje moet opnoemen is dat water bij het avond eten niet heel goedkoop is. Net geen 6€ voor 2 waters. Verder niets aan te merken, personeel ultra vriendelijk!

Superb hotel in the best possible location within the town, with wonderful staff and an excellent breakfast too.

Ocean view is beautiful

Room with a carpark and mountain view. The view would be much nicer on a higher level than our room. Breakfast was good, plenty of selection. Evening meal was ok. Entertainment was ok but we perferred the Entertainment in the Highland Paddy over the road. The room was a little tired but it was clean and the bed was comfy.

Wonderful clean room. Superb customer service throughout. Great breakfast with both British and European food. Hotel is well maintained and excellently managed.

Rum personal hotell och läge var utmärkt. Två dags turerer bl a Teide var mycket bra.

I believe I am just not in the target group of this hotel, as I am 35 and not really into the type of hotel vacation where you spend your time in the hotel. I did not use a lot of the hotel activities and ameneties, as I was exploring the island during the days. What I liked was the helpful reception and very small but functional gym. The pool looks nice but was already closed when I returned after day trips at 6 pm, which was a bit disappointing. What I really disliked was the restaurant, which is extremely noisy. A school cafeteria has a more welcoming atmosphere. I asked if it was possible to get a doggy bag instead as I would go for day trips anyways, but there is a strict no takeaway food policy. The food itself was okayish and the service was good though. Also I would advise you not to book a room on the mountain side, as the pubs are quite loud at night.
