Clean and spacious rooms with excellent amenities. All staffs including those at the reception, dining area, poolside, house keeping are exceptionally courteous, professional and ready and willing to help to make our stay extremely comfortable. Buffet breakfast has very good selection with attending staff. We will choose this hotel without hesitation when we visit Pasikuda in the future.

My stay at Amaya Beach Pasikudah was unfortunately disrupted due to unexpected travel difficulties. However, I would like to sincerely thank the hotel management for their understanding and professionalism.
Although I was unable to stay as planned, the team responded promptly to my situation and kindly agreed to provide a free cancellation, advising me to process the refund through Expedia. Their courteous communication and willingness to assist during a stressful travel situation were greatly appreciated.
Based on my interactions with the staff, I found them to be responsive, compassionate, and customer-focused. If you are planning a trip to Pasikudah, I recommend contacting the hotel directly if your travel plans change unexpectedly, as they were very helpful in addressing my concerns.
I look forward to visiting Amaya Beach, Pasikudah, on a future trip under better circumstances.

We stayed here in February to celebrate our birthdays and had any amazing time. The staff are beautifully friendly, the property is always clean with staff tending to every area throughout the day. Bedroom was large, bed was very comfy and shower was very good!

Shakila at breakfast was very good. She went out of the way to service us. There were 2 male receptionist staff also were great! Forgot their names.
Expedia had listed standard room as ocean view, but the property didn’t acknowledge as ocean view for standard room. We got the room we wanted after explaining it, they were accommodating.
Will go back again.

A decent seaside venue with good facilities. Nice layout. However some maintenance and service deficiencies with AC unit leaking stagnant water that needed multiple calls for clean up. Maintenance crew only mopped the dirty water and left a air fresher for the guests to use. Had to call room service to have rest of the clean up completed. No engagement by property management at all. The pool, beach and bar staff are very pleasant and courteous. However front desk and onsite managers need more training in customer service and ensuring that they listen to the guests instead of being dismissive. Other properties in the location have nicer beaches and better trained more friendly and responsive management. The adjacent usable public beach is crowded. Not meeting standards of an Expedia VIP property in terms of overall standards and service.

Excellent rooms - very spacious and we'll equipped. Buffet was good. Service on the patio exceptional!
3 star rating is due to drivers quarters not being available during our stay. They are charging enough that there should be appropriate accommodations for drivers - they are very much a part of the trip and need to be well rested for long drives to and from Pasikuda.

Beautiful property with friendly and helpful staff. The food is delicious with options for all visitors. Gym had good equipment and the pool and grounds are lovely. My only suggestion would be to have an iron in all rooms it would have been helpful with my wrinkled dresses.

Lovely hotel in a great position with snorkeling directly from the beach.Rooms great and comfortable , staff friendly and helpful. Very quiet unless a wedding is happening. Beach shoes required. Only negative is the buffet meals are mostly cold and some loud guests on the beach with music pumpin out.
We looked at the other hotels in the area and this was for sure the best choice.

This was our second visit to Amaya and was happy to be able stay here again. The ambience and staffs were very pleasant. The beautiful Pasikuda makes Amaya a great place to stay in.
The only thing was the hotel is based in the Tamil speaking region so it would’ve been great to be greeted and approached in Tamil as well. Kindly use both the national languages or use English entirely.
