조식 가격이 높길래 따뜻하고 괜찮은 음식이 나오겠지 하고 이틀치 결제함. 완전 실망. 따뜻한건 커피 뿐. 야채는 하나도 없고 통과일 조금. 그리고 간단한 빵과 치즈 등 .. 그 가격에 어울리는 조식 절대 아님. 사기당한 느낌. 인근 대형마트에서 신선 과일과 야채, 샌드위치, 요거트 등등 사다가 드시는것 추천. 객실에 헤어드라이기 없음. 프론트에 가서 달라고하면 줌. 객실 청소 잘 안되어있지만 직원들은 친절함. 위치는 비교적 좋음. 기차역에서 캐리어 갖고가기 멀지않음.

I enjoyed staying here. Facilities were good(In my room there were a coffee machine and balcony.) and eco-friendly. Breakfast was also good and enough. I could see Matterhorn while I was having a breakfast. And also people was kind.

옆 다른 호텔에서 체크인 해야 함. 호텔 자체가 공사중이라 밤에 계단 엄청 어둡고 엘베 있지만 반층 올라가던지 내려가던지 계단 이용해야함. 룸은 깨끗하고 편안함.

Gorgeous area and sweet hotel but walls paper thin . Two very loud people next door spoiled nights sleep into the early hours . Views from hotel wonderful tho !

Service great. Location good. Be aware reception is in the adjacent building… and they close at 9pm. Room was a solo room w bathroom…. Old and not in great condition. Not a great outlook and bed uncomfortable. I needed to stay an extra night and could only book a single/solo shared bathroom room… ironically it cost a little more than w a bathroom, but it was so much better. The hotel was fine and fine enough for a single night stay. But book the shared bathroom option of your a solo traveller. That room was on the top floor, had a balcony, better design and better bed! Shared bathroom very clean. Review is for the single room w bathroom.

It was just ok

Alpina urgently needs renovations. Shutters cannot be fixed. Aircon in the bathroom is deafening. Sink in the bathroom stinks moldy. Cupboard stinks sweaty. You can hear everything, what people say in the next room. Booking price of 177 CHF is a joke for what the hotel offers. Do not go there.

今時今日, 酒店房內竟然沒有風筒, 還在廁所張貼不可使用自己帶備的風筒。想向酒店借用, 但職員已放工, 求助無援。

Close to the train station & Coop. Check-in is not in this property and no hairdryer in the room.

Bath room is too simple and not equipped properly!

Une bonne alternative aux hôtels de luxe de la station

You book in at an adjacent hotel. This is also where breakfast is served. Breakfast is continental with no hot option. We found that perfectly adequate. The hotel itself is a little shabby and run down. But it is very clean. The photos of the hotels rooms are certainly not the room we were in which featured floor to ceiling pine cladding and what appeared to be polystyrene ceiling tiles. There is no kettle or tea making facilities. It's all a bit dated. But let's be honest, we were there 2 nights and it was comfortable enough. We found noise from other residents to be intrusive; slamming doors, raucus laughter late at night/early in the morning and whoever had the room above us seemed intent on moving the furniture about at 5am. None of this is the hotels fault. The shower is the most powerful we've ever had. You could pressure wash a car with it. Overall, it was OK for a couple of days but we wouldn't have wanted to stay much longer.

Great location. Helpful check in staff. Clean and tidy with good quality towels and bedding. Room decor and overall condition in need of updating.
