다소 비싸지만 위치가 좋고 체르마트 중심지가 가까워 편리함

가족같은 분위기로 너무 따뜻이 맞아주셨고 덕분에 낯선곳에서의 긴장을 많이 털어낼 수 있었습니다 조식도 스파도 너무 좋았습니다 아침에 본 마테호른도 잊지 못할 풍경이었습니다

친절하고 객실도 신식인가 깨끗했습니다. 마테호른뷰는 아니었지만 뷰도 좋고, 스파를 이용못한게 아쉽네요

마테호른이 아주 잘 보이고 데스크 직원들도 아주 친절함

객실에서 마테호른이 바로 보이는 최고의 호텔이었습니다. 체르마트역에서 호텔에 전화하면 픽업을 해주니 무거운 캐리어를 가지고도 편하게 이동할 수 있었습니다. 체크인할때에 매니저가 객실까지 와서 친절하게 하나하나 설명해주신 부분도 기억에 남네요. 조식은 so so^^

메인스트리트와 가까우면서도 매우 조용하고 편안한 호텔이었습니다. 마테호른이 보이는 전망도 훌륭했고 직원들도 정말 친절했습니다. 지하에 스파 시설도 좋고, 체크아웃 때도 호텔에서 체르마트역까지 전기자동차로 태워다주는 무료서비스가 있어서 편안하게 이동할 수 있었습니다. 조식은 전반적으로 다른 호텔과 비슷했지만 오렌지를 즉석에서 짜서 만드는 주스 기계가 있어서 맛있는 주스를 마실 수 있었습니다.

O quarto é maravilhoso com uma vista magica. Todos os funcionarios sao muito atentos e simpaticos. O hotel é muito bonito e todas as instalacoes sao novas. O SPA realmemte é um diferencial. A.massagem foi muito boa e relaxante. Nossa melhor escolha na Suiça. Cafe da manha maravilhoso com muitas opcoes. Estavamos comemorando o aniversario da minha esposa e o hotel proporcionou um quarto e cafe da manha com decoracao. Perfeito.

Great location. Very accommodating staff with great recommendations.

Clean room and very pretty, even though it was mid-October it still got hot in the room and there was no fan so we just kept the sliding door open a little bit throughout the night and that worked! We had a balcony and just barely a view of the Matterhorn which was awesome. Tv had lots of channel options in English. Our room was very cozy and comfy. The lady that worked the desk in the evening was great-she was the fire master, bartender, and helped guests at the desk, always making sure we were doing ok. The fire was so cozy after a long chilly day! All of the staff there were great and very helpful with anything we needed, from pickup/drop off from the train station, to any questions about recommendations! The only thing that came to mind that we felt awkward about was when we checked in we only had 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth in our room and when we had asked for one more of each, they made a comment saying that we should get ahold of house keeping but that they would get it this time. But we were never told how we go about doing so when we did not see a phone in the room anywhere. Not really a big deal, just felt like a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that our stay was wonderful!

What a brilliant stay; can't say enough about the quality of the hotel, the staff, the service, the location. Absolute bliss. Would 100% book again.

Great hotel - close to the main street and all the relevant lifts but in a quieter area of town. The breakfast was great and the staff were so always accomodating - assisting with plans and transport.

Room was spacious and modern, staff was very attentive especially during the free breakfast buffet. Free shuttle service from main Zermatt train station throughout the day.

Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable rooms with a balcony. Obviously fairly recently renovated. There is no air con in the Cosy Chic room, which wasn't too much of an issue despite being August but in a heatwave it may be.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e o quarto em que ficamos era amplo e confortável. O grande diferencial, no entanto, é o atendimento: toda a equipe, das camareiras à recepção, é extremamente atenciosa, solícita e prestativa. A proprietária está sempre presente e não mede esforços para tornar a experiência dos hóspedes ainda mais agradável. Sem dúvida, super recomendamos!

The breakfast was good and all the staff were very friendly. The spa was also well-maintained. I would love to come back here. There was nothing bad and uncomfortable.

Close to everything …nice spa

Amazing hotel, close to the main street, but in a quieter area of town. The nicest people, they took care of everything for us and always did it with a smile on their face. If we ever come back to Zermat, we would stay here again.
