너무 편하고 직원분들도 친절하고 무엇보다 뷰가 너무 좋았습니다! 그냥 하루 이틀 쉴계획이라면 추천!

전체적으로 깨끗하고 시설이 좋음 조식이 다른곳 보단 부실함 조식비 함께 결제한걸로 아는데 따로 조식비 받았음 숙소 앞에 도로와 기차가 다니지만 방음이 잘 되어 있어서 지장은 없었음

Das Hotel ist in den Zimmern sauber, aber trotzdem braucht es mal neue Teppiche in naher Zukunft. Ansonsten herrlich - super Zimmer mit Seeblick und Balkon. Historisch schönes Hotel, schade, dass es nur wenige Gäste hatte (Dezember und schlechtes Wetter 2 Wochen vor Weihnachten - verständlich. Super gutes Essen, Sehr schön angerichtet und Super Qualität!!! Empfehlenswerte Küche!!!

Location of Hotel was great (Primo).

Checking in wasn't the best and not offered a welcome drink had to ask when the other couple we were with were offered one. Rooms dated and not great design, waste of space for sitting area when the bathroom is crammed into a small space. Road was noisy and church bells af 6.45am in the mornin.

Malheureusement l'insonorisation de ma chambre (communiquante) laisse à désirer. Sinon très bel hôtel.

We are sorry to hear this hotel is closing as it is so beautiful right on the lake and the staff and food and wine were all excellent!

Älteres aber charmantes Hotel in spitzen Lage, direkt am Thuner See. Leider hatte das Restaurant am Abend unserer Übernachtung geschlossen.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Reklamation gleich behoben. Hotel und Zimmer sauber. Alles in allem gut.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We booked a balcony room with a lake view. There is no air conditioning in this room but we were able to open windows on both sides since it on the corner. The hotel restaurant was closed the days we stayed there, so we had to go other places for dinner. The hotel stay included a pass for the bus and the stop going towards Thun is right across the street and the bus towards Interlaken is about 50m down the road.

### Recensione del Bellevue Hotel #### Italiano La mia recente esperienza al Bellevue Hotel è stata molto deludente e non lo consiglio a chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante. #### Camera e Condizioni Ambientali La camera singola in cui ho soggiornato era estremamente piccola e le finestre davano direttamente sulla strada, rendendo impossibile dormire a causa del rumore costante delle auto. Inoltre, mancava l'aria condizionata. Quando ho cercato di aprire la finestra per far entrare un po' di aria fresca, il rumore era così intenso che ho dovuto richiuderla e dormire senza aria condizionata, il che ha reso la notte molto difficile. #### Problemi di Igiene Un altro grave problema era la presenza di muffa nella doccia, una condizione pericolosa per la salute. La gestione dell'hotel dovrebbe prendere seri provvedimenti per risolvere questo problema igienico. #### Parcheggio L'hotel dispone di un garage di fronte e un parcheggio vicino, ma non mi è stato permesso di parcheggiare nel garage nonostante ci fossero posti disponibili. Invece, mi è stato dato un biglietto per parcheggiare a 300 metri di distanza, che in realtà erano molto di più, facendomi perdere molto tempo prezioso per andare a parcheggiare lontano. #### Personale e Gestione Il personale era disponibile e gentile, ma la gestione dell'hotel è pessima. La disorganizzazione e la mancanza di considerazione per il comfort degli ospiti sono evidenti. Inoltre, in un hotel a quattro stelle, non c'era nessuno per aiuta

It was an unique experience. Beautiful situated at the lake of Thun. Modern, large room. Friendly personel. Absolutely recommendable.

j'ai trouvé le petit-déjeuner pas super. Pas beaucoup de variétés de pain, pas de yoghourt nature. Pour le prix je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux.

Staff were warm, helpful, friendly and courteous. The view of the lake, snow capped mountains and nearby old church was exactly what I desired and very breathtaking. Transportation was accessible to other areas as the bus stops were close by. We were also very happy to be surprised by the hotel with area bus passes to the surrounding areas, this made getting around a whole lot easier and we are very grateful for that. After visiting Interlaken and Grindelwald, which were very congested with other tourists, we were certainly extremely happy with our decision to stay at Bellevue Au Lac. We had a most pleasant stay, Hotel Bellevue Au Lac would definitely be our first choice if we decide to return to the area.

The room was quite nice and the views from the balcony were astonishing! We loved it!
