Phenomenal location in Zermatt! The staff was so nice and allowed us to store our bags. All hotel guests get a discount at their restaurant which was delicious. Room had a matterhorn view which I wasn’t expecting and had a lovely balcony. Rooms came with slippers, coffee, etc. Only complaint was that the bedside lights weren’t plugged in and was hard to work. Would stay here again!

방에서 마테호른을 볼 수 있어서 너무 행복했습니다. 운좋게 황금호른도 볼수 있었어요. 이틀 묵고 하루를 따로 예약하는 바람에 공용욕실 사용하는 숙소에도 하루 묵었는데 불편함은 없었어요. 체르마트는 스위스에서 저의 최애도시가 되었습니다.

A bit noisy on the back side of the hotel above a busy street. Had to leave a window open for ventilation. Heat wave was unusual for Zurich. I’d stay there again.

The shower was terrible with the shower curtain too long and thus creating a slipping hazard. The bathroom smelled of sewage unless the window was open. It was otherwise very comfortable with a great location.

ホテルという感じではなくレストランの上に泊まるところがあるという程度のところです。 眺望もなく設備もあんまりです。 ツエルマットの駅から徒歩５分くらいなのとスーパーが近くにあるのがメリットという感じでしょうか・・

Highly recommend. Very friendly staff, spacious and clean room. We loved the bathroom with a large roof window. Nice view of the mountains and the river. Easily accessible from the station and various dining and shopping options. The only negative is no lift, this we had to carry up the stairs a heavy suitcase. We were lucky that our room was only one level up and near the stairs. We enjoyed dinner and music at the restaurant. Will definitely return.

景色がなにより、とても良かったたです!!バルコニーからマッターホルンが見えて、とても満足です。荷物もチェックアウトしてからでも預かってもらえたので、午前中の観光がとても楽でした。施設の方も親切で感じが良く、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。また利用したいです。

2泊しました。駅を出てすぐのバンホフ通りを少し歩いて川沿いのこじんまりしたホテルです。エレベーターは無く3階のお部屋。 ありがたいことにバスタブあり。朝食はパンにハムチーズ、ゆで卵と質素ながらバナナやリンゴもあり、コーヒーはスタッフが入れてくれます。ドライヤーがビックリするほど大きくすぐ乾くいいものでした。部屋にコーヒーメーカーあります。引き出しからポーションみたいなのを入れてカチッとはめるタイプの。 駅前にはレストランやスーパーもあり、日本人橋も歩いて3分です。朝焼けマッターホルンは、感動もの！バルコニーからもマッターホルンが見える部屋にして正解でした。 なお、道は簡単ですが、うっかり違う道を選ぶと遠回りすることもあるので思い込みで歩かない方がいいです笑 なお、現地払いの税を対面で払ったが、オンラインチェックアウトの際再請求があり、申告したらゼロになりました。

The room is beautiful, big and cozy, with nice view. Love the bathroom so much as it has a window at the ceiling. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love the decor at the breakfast place. I would like to revisit again. It would be great if there is laundry service.

I don’t think there was a room with a bad view at this property. Ours looked onto the river, and it was so calming to hear it all night. The beds were comfy and soft too. Breakfast in the morning was a basic continental European spread, but good. My husband and I didn’t realize it was included until the owner mentioned it to us as we were leaving. Even though we arrived to the meal at 10, when it closed, she was welcoming and friendly. We’d definitely stay here again!

We got to go to bed and wake up with a view of the Matterhorn (or clouds). Just off the main street so was quiet but close to everything. No elevator, you will need to pack your luggage up some stairs.

Unobstructed view of the Matterhorn from our balcony, and bed! Room was small but was fine. Breakfast was nice in a lovely cozy dining room. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and it was excellent.
