Phenomenal location in Zermatt! The staff was so nice and allowed us to store our bags. All hotel guests get a discount at their restaurant which was delicious. Room had a matterhorn view which I wasn’t expecting and had a lovely balcony. Rooms came with slippers, coffee, etc. Only complaint was that the bedside lights weren’t plugged in and was hard to work. Would stay here again!

A bit noisy on the back side of the hotel above a busy street. Had to leave a window open for ventilation. Heat wave was unusual for Zurich. I’d stay there again.

The shower was terrible with the shower curtain too long and thus creating a slipping hazard. The bathroom smelled of sewage unless the window was open. It was otherwise very comfortable with a great location.

The room is beautiful, big and cozy, with nice view. Love the bathroom so much as it has a window at the ceiling. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love the decor at the breakfast place. I would like to revisit again. It would be great if there is laundry service.

I don’t think there was a room with a bad view at this property. Ours looked onto the river, and it was so calming to hear it all night. The beds were comfy and soft too. Breakfast in the morning was a basic continental European spread, but good. My husband and I didn’t realize it was included until the owner mentioned it to us as we were leaving. Even though we arrived to the meal at 10, when it closed, she was welcoming and friendly. We’d definitely stay here again!

We got to go to bed and wake up with a view of the Matterhorn (or clouds). Just off the main street so was quiet but close to everything. No elevator, you will need to pack your luggage up some stairs.

Unobstructed view of the Matterhorn from our balcony, and bed! Room was small but was fine. Breakfast was nice in a lovely cozy dining room. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and it was excellent.

Avoid this hotel if you can. It has a great location but sadly that's all it has to offer. WiFi is very bad. Disconnects every 5 mins. There is 1 shared bathroom for 5 rooms, so you have to fight for the spot. Also, the room has kettle and coffee machine but there's no way to plug it. Room with double bed has very little space. If you have 2 full size luggage, you can't open them. There is no staff after 3 pm so any problem, you are on your own. It's just too expensive for what it has to offer with too many missing things.

Our room #4 was amazing with a big deck and Awesome view of the Matterhorn. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The location is perfect in the center of town. The room came with a full breakfast and they cook eggs any way you want.

We had a wonderful stay here. Hotel is close to everything. Check in instruction was clear and we had no problem self check in. Our room was wonderful, big and with private bathroom. I booked the Matterhorn view with balcony room and boy it is worth it. The staffs are kind and nice and breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel. Ch
