슈바이처호프 폰트레지나

객실이 저렴하고 깔끔해서 좋았지만 역에서 오르막으로 거리가 좀 있는 편이고 제가 이용할때는 셔틀 이용이 불가능하다고 해서 조금 불편했습니다.

Wonderful hotel. Everything was excellent, the staff, the room and the breakfast. Would happily return.

Wow! Nice comfy room, fabulous breakfast and they gave us free lift tickets for nearby hike lifts. Loved the town.

Die Matrazen waren schlicht ungenügend, kein Schlaf gefunden. Nach der Meldung wurden Matrazen Topper zusätzlich hinzugefügt, was ein wenig geholfen hatte.

Alles hat gepasst. kommen wieder

Grosse Zimmer und alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück sehr fein mit frischen Brötchen und feinem Brot, Käse und Aufschnitt. Die Speiseauswahl à la carte könnte ein bisschen grösser sein. Aber sonst alles wirklich tiptop.

Check-In schnell und sehr zuvorkommend, Zimmer und Sauberkeit perfekt. Werden sicherlich wiederkommen !

The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities were excellent We only had a short stay but it was very pleasant.

The hotel has good facilities in an amazing location. Staff provided us with a taxi to pick us up from the train station. I would recommend

Lovely hotel not too far from the train station. On check in we received transportation passes for the local bus & train. Wonderful breakfast and delicious dinner. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable.

We came in very late and they were very understanding and helpful, the room turned out to be a mini suite with a bard room and sitting room and bathroom, comfy bed, Mountain View, lots of cupboards and closets, good food in restaurant, free bus and train passes with two day stay. Really lovely place!

Hotel splendido, cibo ottimo e personale super accogliente

The property was very nice and clean. A couple issues: There was no hot water in the shower. We called the desk and whoever answered sounded like they just woke up and I am sure that is what happened. We asked about the hot water, we were told since we were up so early no one else was using the water and to let it run for five minutes, it never got hot. One checkout it was like the lady never checked anyone out before, we were under a time constraint and there was no sense of urgency. We asking for help getting to the train station for the Glacier Express train, they never heard of it and directed us to the wrong train station, they told us to take the bus and told us the stop was next door, we waiting there and the bus just drove on by. We actually had to go down the street to another hotel and get proper help. If not for the two ladies at the desk, the stay would have been great. They almost made us miss our train!! No sense of urgency at all!

Our room was big with a great mountain view. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options. The hotel gives you a free bus pass for the area which is very useful. The Thai DECO restaurant was excellent

Terrible customer service!!!! We booked one night stay at this hotel and could not arrive due to an accident on the way. We called, explained the situation was told the hotel needs to charge the night regardless of the situation, which we understand. We are trying for days asking the hotel to send us a receipt ( that show how we paid) so the insurance can give us the refund. We are just being ignored and ignored!!! Terrible!!!!
